I cannot say enough good things about Melissa and the grooms cake she created for my husband and I’s rehearsal dinner!
I originally contacted Melissa with only concepts - my husba...
nd loves golf, the SC gamecocks, his dog, and watches. From those ideas, she created 3 different options at 3 different price points for me to choose from, which was incredibly helpful.
Melissa’s attention to detail is truly unmatched - I had chosen her idea of doing a golf bag with the SC logo and an edible watch hanging off of it, and Melissa even created a watch that matched the exact one that I bought my husband as a wedding gift!!
Not only did this cake exceed all our expectations in appearance, it was also incredibly moist and delicious. Delivery to our rehearsal dinner venue was seamless, and Melissa was very responsive throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a cake for a special event!
Melissa was amazing! She was so helpful in setting up our cake tasting. Her cakes are all so delicious; they were the best of all of our tastings. We had the hardest time picking o...
ur flavor because we loved them all so much!!! We ended up going with two flavors - pistachio and italian cream. On wedding day, my jaw dropped when I saw our cake - it was so beautiful!! Melissa was able to add our wedding monogram to the front, which was such a special touch. It tasted amazing as well. Our guests were raving about the cake all night. I could not recommend Melissa and Chantilly cake shop more!!
Attempting to find and test cakes during the beginnings of the pandemic was an absolute trial. Melissa however made the process quick and painless. The selection of cakes and cupca...
kes that she provided were delicious. We went with cupcakes (key lime, lemon blueberry and carrot cake) with a 6" chocolate cut cake. I am happy to say that none of it survived as the guests and our families thoroughly enjoyed them.
Melissa was very prompt and professional and very understanding and we are looking forward to having her cupcakes again on our anniversary.
We went back and forth between wanting a cake for our wedding. Melissa was so patient with us, and helpful. I am beyond happy we decided to go with a cake from Chantilly! Communica...
tion was great, especially being from out of town, making our wedding a destination wedding for us. The cake; it was delicious! The finish product came out better than we ever dreamed. We even tried to get another one made before heading out of town! Timing didn't work out (which was on us for being last min), but I can not wait to travel back to Charleston and make Chantilly apart of our wedding anniversary tradition. We highly recommend Chantilly Cake Shop.
Planning a small wedding from out of town is kind of chancy. I’m so very lucky to have gotten Chantilly Cake Shop to do my wedding cake. Everything about my experience with Melissa...
( the owner) was great. She is awesome to work with and honestly the cake exceeded All my expectations. From the beautiful design to the incredible taste of our wedding cake. I would definitely recommend Chantilly Cake 1000%.
Just beautiful! Great Value for the money.
We ordered mint Oreo, strawberry, and sea salt caramel cupcakes. They were a big hit. Melissa worked with us as we decided between a cake and cupcakes. There were so many options...
and Melissa was helpful and kind. I look forward to using their services in the future.
We ordered our wedding cake from Chantilly Cake Shop and our expectations were exceeded! It was such a wonderful experience from start to finish! When we went in to taste the 2 cak...
es we thought we decided on Melissa surprised us and had more samples for us to try! It made our decision harder because they were all so delicious! We decided on doing two cakes! We did the Hummingbird Cake for pictures and the traditional cake cutting. We will have to order that cake for our anniversary because we ate it all! We also decided to do the chocolate cake with bourbon pecan pie filling to serve to our guests! Everyone asked where the cake came from because it was the best cake ever! I highly recommend Chantilly Cake Shop to everyone for any occasion! This was by far the best part of wedding planning and the easiest decision I had to make!
The cupcakes were affordable, beautiful and tasted absolutely amazing!
They did my wedding cake and the groom's cake. They were both delicious!! That was my key in picking a wedding cake. I tried 3 other places and for the price and taste, Chantilly C...
akes was the best. They gave us 6 different combinations of cakes, frostings, and fillings to try. They were all yummy. The delivery charge was high in my opinion, but the price of the cake itself was reasonable. There were supposed to be ivory hearts and green hearts on my cake, but only the green ones were done, which was a bit disappointing. But it was still pretty. The groom's cake looked just as I wanted and was adorable. I would use them again.
