She was so patience, kind, knowledgeable and willing to work with me to have my wedding dress dream come true. I'm just going to be honest here- There was one point where I was in-between two dresses trying to figure out what dress I was going to choose, because they were both so beautiful. My loved ones (that came with me) loved both dresses too but were lending a little bit more towards the first dress and I was lending a little bit more towards the second dress. I'm not sure if Alexis could sense my stress (or how I had to make a tough decision between the two dresses) but I remember she came into my dressing room to help me get out of a dress and she said to me: "Ashley just remember this is your special day and it's all about what you want and if you love the second dress more, choose that one". "Don't go with the first dress just because your loved ones (the majority) may like that one a little bit more. And, I can truly say, I'm so happy I took her advance and chose the second dress that I loved more because afterwards my family was like: "we are so happy that you chose the dress that you wanted because we actually love it better than the first one that we thought we liked more." Also, in that same day I had another wedding dress appointment somewhere else but I ended up cancelling it because I found my dream dress, had such a wonderful experience and had the best bridal consultant, Alexis that I didn't need to go anywhere else! So, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chantilly Place and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you ask for Alexis DeGiacomo as your Consultant (which I'm sure the other bridal consultants are AMAZING too). It's just that I was fortunate enough to be assigned with Alexis the day of my wedding dress appointment. Thank you so much!

My consultant, Heather, easily figured out the style I was going for before I even really knew what I was going for. I was able to order loaner dresses that they didn't have in the shop already. It took me THREE trips to this boutique before finally deciding on a dress. I knew from my first visit I didn't want to shop anywhere else. I didn't want to add to the confusion of finding the perfect dress and I loved the fact that I could get my alterations done at the same shop AND my bridal party could get theirs too (with a discount!). All the girls who work at Chantilly Place are so patient and so helpful. They knew what dress was "the dress" before I did. I cannot wait to wear my dream dress on my wedding day and I can't thank the girls at Chantilly Place enough for their efforts and kindness that made finding my dress so memorable.

They are as "hands on" as you feel comfortable with - they will help you with anything you request as far as trying on, or picking out dresses, but are also okay with you browsing around on your own with family/bridesmaids and only asking for help/input as needed. I liked this approach; it was less pushy and sales-y than other places I went. Never once did I feel pressured into anything. The shop itself is clean, bright, and set up nicely. Colleen was very responsive via email - she actually took a few hours to respond to an email once as she was getting the answer for me - and apologized for the delay, which made me smile because NO other wedding vendor I worked with was that responsive - she truly cares about her brides and it shows with her professionalism and demeanor. I am a COVID-19 bride and she made the experience so easy, not stressful - one less thing I had to worry about. Highly recommended!

I’m not one to be the center of attention but their assistance in the fitting room, pinning and zipping each dress, and offering all their expertise in how each dress could be altered or accessorized instantly calmed my nerves and made it a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. To my surprise, I fell in love with a style very different from what I originally thought and found THE dress that morning. Each woman working shared in my excitement and far exceeded my expectations for the visit. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for the knowledge, professionalism, and kindness this team provided me from scheduling my appointment to purchasing my dream wedding dress! For bridesmaid appointments, the website says "Have the store all to yourself and enjoy some Champagne while you and your maids shop our collection of bridesmaids dresses." We did have the store to ourselves, but we were not given champagne, or even offered a glass of water. All of my bridesmaids dresses were too big when they came in. I understand that you need to order dresses based off of someone's largest measurements, but each dress could have easily gone down one size. When my bridesmaid brought up concerns about their dresses, two associates had very defensive and tact remarks that were completely uncalled for; instead of explaining things in a more professional manner. I do have to say I was able to see that service the brides receive, and it appears to be a thousands times more polite and cheery, than what my bridesmaids and I received.

March and one of my bridesmaids called and found out that the dresses were in. Surprise! So I called to see what was going on and they told me that they indeed did call... except my phone records show they didnt. To be clear, I always answer and if not always check my voicemail. I'm in the process of job hunting and will never ignore a phone number I dont recognize for that reason. The woman told me that she was "sorry I didnt FEEL like I got a phone call". I literally didnt, but they cannot admit that maybe they made a mistake. My phone records show they never called. They also tried saying that maybe my voice mailbox was full but 1. If it was they wouldnt have been able to leave a voicemail but the woman "remembered" calling and leaving one (?!?) And 2. I NEVER let my voice mailbox fill up because, again, job hunting. Anyways, all my ladies went to go pick up their dresses and they were all HUGE on them. One of my bridesmaids even fit perfectly into the sample dress and her dress came in waaaaaayyyy too large on her. I'm almost certain they oversized the dresses to make money on alterations. Save yourself the headache GO ELSEWHERE. This is not worth the added stress. I have been to plenty of other salons and this is not normal.

Colleen had known I had always hoped for a dress with sleeves and so with her vision and tailor Celeida they were able to add sleeves to the dress I choose. What they were able to do for my dress was incredible and so stunning. I could not be more grateful. With such a great experience finding my dress we all knew that’s where everyone would want to go for theirs. So, my mom, my mother in law to be, and all my bridesmaids found their dresses at Chantilly place as well. Everyone shared that same great experience that I had at Chantilly Place which as a bride couldn’t have made me happier. Colleen and her team at Chantilly Place even helped my bridal party surprise me with an amazing bridal shower in the restaurant within The Mills! They are truly a wonderful group. (It's funny how that happens) We later had a complication with altering due to her seamstress having to leave the country for an emergency the very same week I came back up to MA for my fitting, but Colleen was quick to resolve the issue and offer another option. ry. I went to Chantilly Place after inquiring if they had a few styles I found online, and they were immediately so helpful. They assisted me in envisioning the style I wanted (keep in mind when I first tried on dresses they were all different sizes and colors, being bridesmaid dresses). Once I picked one out and ordered it in ivory they also advised on small but effective ways to dress it up (adding a belt, picking out jewelry, etc.). The staff there were friendly throughout the whole process, and going there is a great way to support small business if that is important to you. Even if it's not you should still go! Highly recommend.

em on. Our attendant was great, didn't seem overwhelmed by 4 excited bridesmaids, and offered her tasteful opinion when we needed it. I live out of state, so I did not have alterations done there, but everyone who did seemed satisfied. As a bride, my experience was even better. This was the first salon I went to, and it was so comforting and low-key, exactly what I wanted. The dressing area has a skylight that floods the room with beautiful natural light and huge mirrors so you can see everything from all sides. (None of that direct-overhead show-all-your-lumps fluorescent nonsense!) Colleen pulled dresses in various silhouettes to help me narrow it down, and she and her assistant offered helpful, positive advice and comments. I felt so comfortable and confident, which isn't always the case when you are just a bit too big for sample sizes. We finally got it down to one dress, but I was unsure, so we left and continued on the search. I ended up finding my dress elsewhere, but I cannot say enough positive things about Chantilly Place. I absolutely recommend them!

She and I both got our alterations through Chantilly as well, and everything came out great. My bridesmaids loved coming in to see my dress, and Colleen and her group let us hang out, sip champs, and gossip. Anytime I wanted to try on my dress or had a question, Colleen was so great! She even dressed my mother and mother-in-law who both looked beautiful! Colleen was also great about helping with an issue I had with another bridal shop who I got my bridesmaids' dresses from. She was always available to listen and give advice! The only issue I have with this shop was with the alterations. My mother's hem was merely tacked together with fabric glue and fell apart at the wedding. My sister-in-law's dress also tore at the hemline as well. I wouldn't suggest the alterations be done here for that fact, but otherwise the dresses are beautiful and service was wonderful.

beautiful Maggie Sottero dress. It was originally an asymmetrical dress, but Chantilly Place custom ordered me another strap to the dress. The seamstress here is absolutely amazing! She worked wonders adding the strap to my dress and also taking my dress in over 2 sizes when I lost a lot of weight after ordering the dress originally. After I ordered my dress, Chantilly Place moved locations to Chelmsford, MA, and when this happened I was very stressed and nervous about my dress being delivered to the right place. I called and e-mail the shop numerous times and got no response on multiple occasions. Once, I went in for my fitting appt (and had confirmation of the date and time in my e-mail from the owner), and they said that my appt was the prior week but that they would "fit me in anyways." I sat there for at least 20 minutes waiting for them to bring me back for my dress fitting and the owner was rude to me. Although I was very happy with my dress, I was not happy with the service here. They treat you like you should be privileged that they are working with you and making time for you (when it really should be the other way around if you ask me!) I absolutely recommend the seamstress here, however, I can't say the same for the boutique itself.
