Chantilly place made it so easy to find my dream dress. They listened to my inspo, pulled a few dress options, and I picked the second one I tried on. They alter in house, which is a huge bonus. Colleen is incredible and will help you feel like total magic

Picking out my dress with Alexis was so easy! I was very nervous about finding one I liked as I could really only describe what I didn't like. She listened and pulled a wildcard out which ultimately was my dress. She was so fun to work with and made me feel at ease during the whole process. After the dress came in, I choose to have them also do the alternations. Those came out fantastic and it was such an easy processing setting up appointments. Colleen was also amazing to work with! They ended up making matching scrunchies for my mom and me that I was able to gift her on the wedding day. Highly recommend not only dress shopping here, but also having them do the alternations. I also really loved that you get your dress in a fun, purple bag - not just a plain white one!

I didn't expect to find my dress here, but I did! I thought I had already found "the one" earlier that morning, but the team at Chantilly Place were able to find me a dress that was even more perfect. We all knew we'd found the one when my assistant asked me if there was anything I didn't like about the dress, and I couldn't list a single thing. Most importantly, I want to comment on how fun, attentive, and helpful the team here is. Throughout the appointment, my assistant was always listening to the details I liked and didn't like. Chantilly’s Place was absolutely amazing! I visited over a year ago to find my wedding dress, and the experience couldn’t have been better. I also had my dress altered there, and the team was incredibly responsive and efficient. They were flexible with my fitting appointment times and made sure my dress fit like a glove. They even added detachable sleeves, which transformed my dress into the gown of my dreams. It was not only everything I envisioned but also incredibly comfortable. Alexis has an incredible eye for finding the perfect dress. She really listened to my preferences and brought my vision to life. Chantilly Place helped me to make my dream dress come true!! I cant even begin to explain how wonderful my experience was! As a plus size woman, I was very anxious walking into a bridal store-but that anxiety disappeared within the first 5 minutes. The consultant I worked with was so kind and helpful, and when I hadn't found a dress that I fell in love with she pulled one that just came in that day and then without me asking added sleeves to it to give me the exact look I wanted! I walked away feeling so beautiful and happy, and on my wedding day I felt the same! I would highly recommend Chantilly Place for your wedding dress!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Chantilly Place is! It was suggested by my future SIL, I didn’t grow up in the area so I didn’t know of many local dress shops. I was able to get an appointment with ease, and had the pleasure of working with Alexis. She took the time to listen to my undecided choices for a dress (everything was just too beautiful!) and I ended up picking my dream dress which was one of the first dresses she pulled. Didn’t feel pressured to buy at all, however I’m so glad I did, not to mention their prices are VERY reasonable and competitive with other shops I was quoted at. So happy I chose Chantilly’s!!

Chosing Chantilly for my wedding dress is hands down the best decision I have ever made! I was very scared when trying on dresses but I left feeling so confident and even more excited for my big day. They even have a wheel you can spin to win things… how cute! I would recommend any bride/ bridal party to get their dresses here!

From the second I walked in, I felt valued and the shop was beautiful! I’m an extremely indecisive person and actually went to a few shops before Chantilly. Once I had my visit with them, I knew I wanted to buy my dress from here. Colleen went above and beyond for me, ordering a specific dress for me to be able to try on that they didn’t have in the shop. I went back and forth between a few dresses and could not decide. I ended up going to the shop three times before saying yes to my dress, and Colleen was so incredible patient with me each time. She was so open to hear my concerns and actually came up with a solution to put all my wants into one dress. I will keep recommending this place, as it was a great experience as a bride!

My very first dress appointment was at Chantilly and I actually ended up buying the very first dress I put on! Colleen was incredible and made me feel so comfortable and was able to really help me decide when I was going back and forth between dresses. She was very easy to communicate with and so accomodating. I knew i wanted to dress shop here because my sister and a few of my friends had luck so of course I had to give them a shot and I'm so glad I did!

My experience with Chantilly was great! It's the only place I looked at for dresses. They were kinda, accommodating and super helpful. They were also very responsive once I had chosen my dress and was scheduling my fittings. Highly recommend!

I loved my experience at Chantilly’s. I went in with my Mom, MIL, and MOH. I tried on dresses first and the person who helped me was very good and listening to watch I liked and didn’t like about my dress. I’m terrible with names and unfortunately can’t remember it. My mom also purchased her dress there and loved her experience also.

Very helpful staff and affordable dresses!

I went to 2 other bridal salons before coming to Chantilly Place, and I’m glad I did because it made it very clear how professional and TALENTED these ladies are. I worked with Bailey, and I really felt like she understood me, my vision, and my budget. She pulled so many amazing dresses and with every single one coached me through how I could modify them or add sleeves, etc., and I never felt rushed. I felt like I was being taken seriously even though my budget was on the lower side (which I cannot say for one of the other bridal shops I attended). However, the biggest difference between the other salons and Chantilly Place, for me, was that I never felt pressured into buying anything. It was such an authentic experience, and at the end of the day, that’s what made me feel comfortable buying my dress here.

This was my 4th bridal salon I had an appointment at. My experience was amazing! They had dresses pulled for me before I got there based off of inspo photos I sent. I would recommend this bridal salon to anyone looking for a great experience, great price, and a great dress!

My visit at Chantilly was by far amazing! I had no idea what to expect since it was my first bridal salon I was shopping at. I could not be more thankful for Bailey, she walked me through everything and never made me feel pressured. She knew exactly what I was looking for and when I did put the dress on I chose, my heart turned into butterflies! Everything felt so right! Chantilly Place was my first experience dress shopping. I did a VIP experience. I had Bailey helping me through my experience. This was a hard time for me, as I was a bride shopping without her mom. Bailey spent time with me in the dressing room while I cried and made sure I was ready to leave the dressing room. Her and Colleen welcomed my crew in and supported us through the day! It was my first and last dress shopping experience, as I bought my dress the same day!!! Thank you Chantilly!!!

I went to Chantilly Place in search of my dream dress. Alexis was my stylist and she was attentive, fun, and honest throughout the whole process. She knew exactly the style I hoped for and suggested others but was never pushy. Their selections of dresses was incredible, their shop is so cute, and I couldn’t beat the price of the dress I selected. I went through the shop for alterations and have to say it was quick and effortless; I needed very basic alterations (taken in, hem, bustle). My first appointment with Colleen (shop owner) was under 15 minutes and she knew exactly what my vision was to make the dress fit like a glove. My final appointment went great - they provided me with some fashion tape, if needed, and steamed my dress and veil for me. I also brought my dress back to them to get it preserved and should be receiving that very soon. Their communication is excellent, Alexis and Colleen made the process so fun and easy. I had an amazing experience at Chantilly Place. Colleen was there to help me with my dress appt and she was so so attentive, sweet, and knowledgeable! I really appreciated that she had dresses lined up and ready to try on for my appt based on pictures I sent her ahead of time and my personal budget. Not only is Chantilly Place the most beautiful boutique, it also has the most kind and caring women helping brides-to-be find their dream dress. My first experience was with Alexis and she was so attentive and sweet. I was a nervous wreck about finding a dress but she was able to put me at ease. She listened to exactly what I liked and disliked and came up with the perfect dress. My dress recently came in so I went to try it on and pick my veil. This time I was assisted by Bailey and she’s another gem. So sweet and she helped me pick the perfect match for my dress. I’m so excited for my next appointment for my alterations and I can’t wait to see the finished product. I will definitely recommend Chantilly Place to all of my friends and family!

I went to many shops looking for the perfect dress to finally find the one (Lillian West style 66012) at Chantilly Place. The selection was great as were the size options; Bailey was great in helping me find dresses to try on and secure in place to get an idea of how my size would fit. The team was great with the order, fittings, jewelry and accessory recommendations, and final pick-up. The adjustments from the seamstress made the gown fit my shape perfectly. The bustle was lovely but I warn brides about long trains as the dress was surprisingly heavy and the loops holding the delicate lace in the bustle aren't the strongest to hold up during dancing. Cannot say enough good things about Colleen and Alex at Chantilly Place! I am on the curvier side but not plus sized, and had gone to another bridal shop before coming here with very unsuccessful results. At the other salon I was either squeezing into a size 4 or swimming in a 20 with no in between. Arriving at Chantilly was such a breath of fresh air! A lot of the sample gowns range from a size 10-16 and were much more realistic to my body type and I could get a great visual of what the dress would actually look like the day of. Alex helped me and my bride squad the day of saying yes too the dress and it was so much fun and a comfortable and stress free environment. She was so helpful in helping choose the right features I wanted, but was at no time overbearing or pushy. I honestly ended up choosing the first dress I tried on but every dress she brought was equally outstanding. I appreciated her attitude and honesty throughout the whole process. All future visits to the shop went great and it overall was just an easy process. The dress can be such a stressful process of the wedding planning, and it really wasn't at Chantilly which I am so grateful for. Highly recommend Chantilly to anyone getting married soon! Their professionalism, customer service, versatility, and helpfulness are unmatched!

I had truly the most incredible experience at Chantilly Place. I purchased the VIP package so we had the whole place to ourselves and they were SO accommodating and patient with our large group. Alexis was a dream consultant. She listened to me and gave her honest expert advice when I asked anything. I had 100% faith in her having my best interest and budget in mind. She made me feel confident and comfortable the entire time. There wasn’t a single thing I would have changed about the experience. Still on cloud 9 and SO in love with my dress. I can’t recommend this place enough. So much fun and truly a day I’ll never forget!

I would highly recommend going to Chantilly Place for your wedding dress! They have the best selection in the area, and the ladies there were fantastic! I bought my dress there and also got alterations done there. My dress originally came with spaghetti straps, so they built custom straps for me and I could not be happier with how it turned out :)

Chantilly Place was by far the best bridal boutique I went to while searching for a wedding dress and veil. It was the third boutique I went to and I’m so glad I did. I worked specifically with Alexis who was very professional while also making it such a personal experience for me. My mother, future mother-in-law and I could not have been more impressed with Alexis and Chantilly Place. Alexis paid such close attention to the detail I was looking for when picking dresses for me to try on. It was the sixth dress I tried on at Chantilly Place and I am so excited that I found my perfect dress and veil!

Colleen at Chantilly's was fun, knowledgable and asked the right questions without being too intrusive. She was confident and we were so excited to find my perfect dress. Chantilly's also has such a wide variety of styles it made narrowing in on what I wanted really easy!

I HIGHLY recommend Chantilly. This was the first and only bridal salon I shopped at and it was amazing. Alex worked with me and listened to what I wanted to help me find the perfect dress for me. I loved that they do all of their alterations in the shop AND store the gown until you want to pick it up. It made it way less stressful for me not having to search for someone to do the alterations or find a spot to store an expensive gown in my tiny apartment. The dress I ended up choosing was a favorite of mine that I had actually found at my first appointment. When I found it again at Chantilly I knew it was the one. I chose to purchase the dress at Chantilly because I loved the atmosphere, the location was closer to where I live, and Alex who helped me that day was so amazing and helpful. Chantilly Place was the SIXTH bridal shop I went to and I wish it had been the first. I’m definitely an indecisive bride and struggled with finding a dress to fit my body (rather curvier on the chest). Colleen and Alexis spent HOURS with me and found the dress I get to call mine!
