About this vendor
Hi y’all, I’m Chanze, the gal behind the lens at Chanze Ashorn Photography. Or as my couples like to call me, their favorite third wheel. With over a decade of experience photographing weddings, maternity, newborns, and families across Texas, I put my whole heart into telling your story. Whether you’re saying I do under the big Texas sky or dancing barefoot in a cozy reception hall, I’m there to capture the big moments, the in-betweens, and everything that makes your day uniquely yours. (I've also become a professional cake taster, just sayin'!) I’m more than just your photographer. I’m here to help calm your nerves, wrangle the groomsmen, fluff your dress, and make sure you feel like your truest, most beautiful self in front of my camera. My editing style is timeless, warm, and true-to-color, so your photos never feel trendy; they feel like you! If you’re looking for someone who will laugh with you, cry happy tears behind the lens, and deliver a gallery that feels like home every time you open it… Then I think we’ll get along just fine. otographer—talented, professional, and incredibly warm.
My husband does not enjoy taking pictures (understatement of the year), but Chanze made him feel so comfortable and relaxed that he ended up smiling—genuinely! Not the forced “let’s get this over with” smile, but real, joyful moments that she captured so beautifully.
Her ability to style, pose, and direct with ease made our entire experience feel effortless. She didn’t just take photos—she told our story. Our friends and family still comment on how natural and timeless our photos are.
