This left some uneasiness for how it would all come together. They assured me everything in my contract would be honored...well it was and then some!!! I'm blown away with the service, food, drinks and venue!!! Madison you absolutely killed it and I'm forever grateful for all the hard work you put into our day and I don't think we could ever repay you for it! Our friends and family had the times of their lives...it just went by to fast! My recommendations to all is book here!!!

e had zero issues. They were very professional just overall great. The venue was gorgeous with so many great places to take pictures. The food was great! They were efficient and accommodating in the planning process for our guests that had special dietary needs. The bridal suite is perfect, and our families loved the location with lots to do around The Colony, and the hotels that are in the venue parking lot. Thank you so much Emily, Madison, and Hallie for helping make our day perfect!

From Samantha taking us on tours, Chelsea answering all our questions, to Madison and Hallie offering the best support anyone could ask for on the day of. The people are fantastic, the food was delicious, and the venue is so gorgeous that minimal decorating goes a long way.

She responds very quickly to emails and was very happy to help us every time. Madison and Hallie were prompt, organized, tinkers, and helped us stay grounded the whole day. They would remind us all day to leave everything up to them, later on we would see whatever we were concerned about was fixed. They were prepared for everything and we told them at the end of it all "why were we so nervous? Everything was perfect!". Madison and Hallie truly felt like our fairy Godmothers!

Such as me forgetting a song to walk down the aisle (Day of) She quickly created a solutions for me. Madison was easygoing and professional from the start, and made me and my family feel very welcome. She made me feel my wedding was just important her as it was to me. She went above and beyond to the point she helped me with my sweetheart table, added designs to make it looked amazing. My wedding was a dream come true thanks to Madison. We couldn’t ask for a better person to help compliment the best wedding experience. If you select the chapel at Ana villa you know you are in great hands.

And they were great at offering suggestions and tips. They were very responsive to emails and friendly in person. Venue: The venue itself is very beautiful and clean. I recommend just going to visit in person to see if it fits your style. The chapel, grand ball room, bridal suite and grooms room was all under the same roof (so protection from weather and convenient to get around). Package: Walters Wedding Estates offer different packages which makes coordination with vendors super easy. I used the Exceptional Package (middle tier). You get 4 vendors: DJ, florist, bakery and meal/bar service. The DJ, florist and bakery reach out to you separately prior to wedding to plan what you need. Then, 30 days out, you meet with the planning rep to decide meals/bar items. With the package, some of these things get included in the venue package price. Anything extra is additional cost. It's up to you if you want to provide some things on your own (i.e. more desert or more flowers) or if you want to use the vendors to provide those extra things.

indows, was exactly the "feel" we wanted for her special day. While we chose the venue for it's beautiful "vibe", the greatest surprise was the staff that came with it. General Manager Madison Shields and her team were so supportive of every vision we had (and we had many!). The venue was accessible to us whenever we needed to come for measurements, for inspiration, or simply to walk the aisle to see if a song felt "right". Madison's input was invaluable when it came to questions about reception set-up, menu choices, and fun ideas for the grand exit. She made sure that everyone was on the same page at the rehearsal and took time to learn everyone's name in the wedding party. It actually felt like Madison was part of the family and not just an employee, and I will truly miss my weekly visits to Ana Villa. An event of our size (175 people) is bound to have its small bumps, of course. Learn from my mistake, please: add 10-15 people to the final count of your RSVPs!! When it became obvious that we had more guests than expected, Madison and her staff sprung into action and set up 2 extra tables so our guests would have plenty of room to sit. The staff was able to "stretch" the buffet so that every guest was fed. When the bar got slammed right after the ceremony (our friends just love an open bar!) Madison herself jumped in to help the bartender and served our guests like a seasoned pro. Side note: if you're planning a wedding with a Walters Estates venue, I would HIGHLY recommend Jenny Layne Bakery. The cakes were phenomenal! Planning a wedding can be stressful and overwhelming. That being said, I am so grateful that God led us to The Chapel at Ana Villa. Our guests' feedback has been nothing but glowing reports of the venue and the food. The bride and groom keep telling me "It was the best night of their lives." And ultimately, that's what it's all about.

a lot of uneasy feelings. Then we were notified about a new management team taking over and I have to admit, I was very worried at first. BUT WOAH… we were blown away. I have to give so much credit to Madison as she helped us maneuver through the changes and assured us everything would be taken care of, and she delivered! She answered every single question we had and took care of us. My husband and I could not be happier with our perfect night and every interaction we had with the staff at CAV. We had so much fun and our guests had the best experience! They checked on us every chance they had throughout the night and made sure everything ran smoothly. Madison and her team are AMAZING and so sweet and truly want the best for their brides and grooms. I am so incredibly happy with the change in management and so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with their new team. Our wedding night was more than perfect and I am so sad it’s over! Thank you Madison, and the team at CAV for helping us create these memories that will last our lifetime!

The venue is also in a great location close to lots of hotels, restaurants, and attractions. It is very well-kept — the grounds and interior are just as beautiful as in pictures! They also have a wide variety of catering options at great prices, and it was easy to find vendors in the DFW area that have worked with them before. We are excited for our special day and recommend Chapel at Ana Villa!

were some concerns from our end. However, Madison Shields (the new GM) took great care of us. She honored our original contract and then some. Our experience with her and the staff made planning much easier. She is personable and genuinely wanted us to have a great wedding. She contributed to the success of the wedding. The staff (bartender, wait staff, venue coordinator, etc.) were quick and prompt with the setup and everything ran smoothly on the actual day. We were able to focus on our special day without having to worry about anything going sideways. This is exactly what you want on your wedding day. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the venue and couldn't recommend it more to any future couples!

g a month before the wedding to nail down all of the small decisions we didn't even know we had to make! It was helpful because everyone was so thorough so there were no surprises. Chapel at Ana Villa also has a list of vendors that they work with frequently which made it very easy to select vendors because they all knew the location and layout of the venue, the people to contact, etc. The real star of the show was Jessie, our day of coordinator. I could tell by his confidence and demeanor that he was very experienced in coordinating weddings. He instantly made me feel comfortable when I had pre-wedding jitters and I trusted that he would keep everything running smoothly, which he did! He was very professional yet approachable at the same time. My husband and I still talk about how great of a job he did even 3 months later.

l at Ana Villa. It’s beautiful, office staff are very nice and helpful, the venue is super clean, never got hot the whole day (wedding dress had long sleeves for an August wedding) food and drinks were outstanding and the reception staff were absolutely the best!!!!

was one of the unlucky couples that had to cancel my May 2020 wedding due to COVID shutdowns. Even though I was able to successfully reschedule my wedding for a Saturday later in the summer, the Walters Wedding Estates policies added stress to the situation. For example, if we were unable to find another Saturday, we would not be offered a partial refund for the difference in price between Fridays and Saturdays (Saturdays are the most expensive days). Through talking with other WWE couples, we learned that some couples were being held to food and beverage minimums that they would no longer be able to meet due to decreased guest counts. The impression I got was that WWE is money hungry. I know this is a business and they need to protect themselves, but it would have sat a lot better with me if they seemed more willing to make small concessions to keep things fair for the couples involved. I was lucky things worked out for me but wedding planning with this venue was stressful to say the least. If I were to do it all over again, I would steer clear of all Walters Wedding Estates venues and give my business to a venue that was more flexible with their 2020 couples.
