l. The Walters Wedding Estates made the process extremely easy and basically stress free. Every person that we interacted with were amazing people. The staff made us feel seen, heard, and special. Everyone was so accommodating and extremely helpful throughout the entire process from getting started and picking our venue to our big day. We had a planning representative assigned to us at the beginning (Newshaw Varta) and she helped us get into all the food tastings and took us on tours of all the venues that WWE has to offer. Once we chose a venue, we were assigned to Chelsea Sproles, who did a fantastic job getting our profile/dashboard up and running with invoices/contracts, etc. She answered all questions that we had and was very helpful. Once we got further down the path and with how busy the staff is, we were assigned to Sydnee who helped us the rest of the way. Sydnee was AMAZING...she helped us with all questions we had and helped us get additional add ons added, finalized our big day and was with us by our side through the entire process. The communication that the whole staff had was impeccable, through email and text. Once everything was finalized for our big day, we were assigned to Kadia Kice whom helped us with rehearsal and our big day. Kadia did such an amazing job and had lots of patience with our big rowdy group. Kadia was very laid back and made sure to touch all the important items for the day of. On the day of, she was right by my side asking if we needed anything several times and making sure all was turning out okay. She kept us on time throughout the whole event and we couldn't be more grateful to have such a great staff to help us along the way. The staff really helped us to enjoy our big day and not have any of the horror stresses that you would typically hear about on wedding day. The catering team was amazing and had food ready right on the dot, everyone who attended though the food was AMAZING and very tasty. The florist, Tina, did an incredible job from the 1st day planning to the final day with all staff showing up on time and not running into any issues. Jenny, did our 4 tiered cake with 2 flavors and the cake literally melted in your mouth. We had cinnamon swirl (tasted like a cinnamon roll) and a new flavor they brought on (strawberry champagne). We had also asked for a cascade of flowers to be on the cake and it turned out BEAUTIFUL. The DJ on our day of was INCREDIBLE. We had playlists for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception and he did a great job feeling the vibe of the crowd and having fun. The bartenders do only come with 1 so I suggest that you get 2 (depending on your final count). Everyone was very satisfied with the timing on getting drinks a the bar. Everyone at our wedding had the absolute time of their lives and had great things to say about the staff involved and how amazing our wedding turned out. I can't stress this enough..if you are looking for a wedding venue, PLEASE keep Walters Wedding Estates (WWE) in mind through your search. The staff makes it so seamless and let's you enjoy your engagement. We were very hands off during this time and we couldn't be more grateful.

the venue while touring, I knew straight away, THIS would be our place. I have nothing but rave reviews for Chapel at Ana Villa. For starts, the place is beautiful. As my Maid of Honor put it: it has good bones. The natural beauty of the venue lends for minimal décor, the large windows in the chapel are stunning and the lighting throughout the reception is gorgeous. The reception room also has a beautiful stair case, perfect for the grand entrance of any bride's dream. I loved that booking here meant everything would be at one location: the ceremony and reception. I also loved that there was a courtyard for guests to enjoy and go outside. The size of the venue was perfect for us and our invited 175 guests. It felt spacious and even with 17 tables, our dance floor was BIG! The venue is also conveniently located next door to two hotels which made it so easy for all of my out of town guests. They also have a large parking lot so all attendees had no trouble coming to/from our wedding. We booked almost immediately after touring - and I am so glad I did. I took advantage or the package they offered after doing some research on all their partnering vendors. As an event planner myself, I know doing my homework is key and I was so pleased with every vendor offered in the Walter's package. Every single vendor was so easily to work with and they were very customizable and accommodating. Planning with the coordinators and representatives was a breeze. I worked with Amber who was so professional and kept everything tidy and organized for us. She was responsive and reliable - two things you look for in a good wedding planner ;). I was able to meet with her in person a few times and even visit the venue as needed along the course of planning. On the day of our wedding, we worked with Kadia. She made sure every little detail was accounted for. She kept us on schedule, she made sure we were fed, our drinks were full and she did it all with a smile. I can't thank her enough! After all is said and done, our wedding day was an absolute perfect dream and I can't thank the staff at Chapel at Ana Villa enough. I hope I can be a guest at a wedding one day at this venue because I'd love to go back and watch someone else's love story happen here. I'd recommend this place to everyone - it's just absolutely stunning!!!

the food for the main meal was nothing special. It wasn't bad but it wasn't very flavorful or specialized, even though we had the Mediterranean specialty buffet. The appetizers and drinks were fantastic though!

I will be planning my big wedding here for next summer. I cannot thank Madison enough for her patience and kindness throughout this process. The bridal shop sold me two left shoes and I didn’t realize it until minutes before I was set to walk down the aisle. Madison brought me a pair of her own personal shoes to wear in case we didn’t get the other one. Like seriously, who does something like that? I 10/10 recommend this venue. Samantha was our host when we took our first tour. She was so kind and patient in walking us through everything that comes with an all-inclusive venue. She was also so great about answering all our questions that day and by email over the days that followed, as we made our decision to go through with booking at this venue. Our wedding planner Emily was a doll! She was always there for us and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. She was also very supportive throughout the whole process. Our day-of coordinators Kadia and Molly went above and beyond on our big day to make sure that it was everything we wanted it to be. Kadia was incredible with our group and knew how to handle our crazy. We got assigned Abygail as our photographer through Emily Chappell Productions. Abygail made sure to capture all the moments we had requested and did so in such a timely and effortless manner. I can't wait to see the product of her work! Finally, our DJ assigned was Nolan, through CoHost Entertainment. Nolan was absolutely spot on with our music and had such a great personality! We really felt like he vibed with us in a perfect way. Nolan served as a perfect host for our event and we couldn't have asked for a better dj! I would 100% recommend Chapel at Ana Villa for your special day! It was truly a magical day for us ❤️

We selected the elite vendor package and everything went great. DJ Jared kept the party going and knew how to read the room! My sister informed me the bubbles I ordered off Amazon weren’t working so the venue actually had some extras on stand by for my bubble exit. I had so many guests tell me this was the best wedding ever and some not even wanting leave. I recommend this venue 100%! Thank you for making mine and Ryan’s dream wedding come true!

Also, Chelsea was the one that answered all the questions we had throughout the months. She responds very quickly to emails and was very happy to help us every time. Madison and Hallie were prompt, organized, tinkers, and helped us stay grounded the whole day. They would remind us all day to leave everything up to them, later on we would see whatever we were concerned about was fixed. They were prepared for everything and we told them at the end of it all "why were we so nervous? Everything was perfect!". Madison and Hallie truly felt like our fairy Godmothers!

Amanda was my planning representative and Madison was the general manager. Both were so helpful in helping to coordinate all the details of my wedding. Madison was running around the day-of, making sure everything was in place. And they were great at offering suggestions and tips. They were very responsive to emails and friendly in person. Venue: The venue itself is very beautiful and clean. I recommend just going to visit in person to see if it fits your style. The chapel, grand ball room, bridal suite and grooms room was all under the same roof (so protection from weather and convenient to get around). Package: Walters Wedding Estates offer different packages which makes coordination with vendors super easy. I used the Exceptional Package (middle tier). You get 4 vendors: DJ, florist, bakery and meal/bar service. The DJ, florist and bakery reach out to you separately prior to wedding to plan what you need. Then, 30 days out, you meet with the planning rep to decide meals/bar items. With the package, some of these things get included in the venue package price. Anything extra is additional cost. It's up to you if you want to provide some things on your own (i.e. more desert or more flowers) or if you want to use the vendors to provide those extra things.

While we chose the venue for it's beautiful "vibe", the greatest surprise was the staff that came with it. General Manager Madison Shields and her team were so supportive of every vision we had (and we had many!). The venue was accessible to us whenever we needed to come for measurements, for inspiration, or simply to walk the aisle to see if a song felt "right". Madison's input was invaluable when it came to questions about reception set-up, menu choices, and fun ideas for the grand exit. She made sure that everyone was on the same page at the rehearsal and took time to learn everyone's name in the wedding party. It actually felt like Madison was part of the family and not just an employee, and I will truly miss my weekly visits to Ana Villa. An event of our size (175 people) is bound to have its small bumps, of course. Learn from my mistake, please: add 10-15 people to the final count of your RSVPs!! When it became obvious that we had more guests than expected, Madison and her staff sprung into action and set up 2 extra tables so our guests would have plenty of room to sit. The staff was able to "stretch" the buffet so that every guest was fed. When the bar got slammed right after the ceremony (our friends just love an open bar!) Madison herself jumped in to help the bartender and served our guests like a seasoned pro. Side note: if you're planning a wedding with a Walters Estates venue, I would HIGHLY recommend Jenny Layne Bakery. The cakes were phenomenal! Planning a wedding can be stressful and overwhelming. That being said, I am so grateful that God led us to The Chapel at Ana Villa. Our guests' feedback has been nothing but glowing reports of the venue and the food. The bride and groom keep telling me "It was the best night of their lives." And ultimately, that's what it's all about.

During our process CAV changed who managed the venue under the Walter's Wedding Estates. This left some uneasiness for how it would all come together. They assured me everything in my contract would be honored...well it was and then some!!! I'm blown away with the service, food, drinks and venue!!! Madison you absolutely killed it and I'm forever grateful for all the hard work you put into our day and I don't think we could ever repay you for it! Our friends and family had the times of their lives...it just went by to fast! My recommendations to all is book here!!!

She honored our original contract and then some. Our experience with her and the staff made planning much easier. She is personable and genuinely wanted us to have a great wedding. She contributed to the success of the wedding. The staff (bartender, wait staff, venue coordinator, etc.) were quick and prompt with the setup and everything ran smoothly on the actual day. We were able to focus on our special day without having to worry about anything going sideways. This is exactly what you want on your wedding day. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the venue and couldn't recommend it more to any future couples!

It was helpful because everyone was so thorough so there were no surprises. Chapel at Ana Villa also has a list of vendors that they work with frequently which made it very easy to select vendors because they all knew the location and layout of the venue, the people to contact, etc. The real star of the show was Jessie, our day of coordinator. I could tell by his confidence and demeanor that he was very experienced in coordinating weddings. He instantly made me feel comfortable when I had pre-wedding jitters and I trusted that he would keep everything running smoothly, which he did! He was very professional yet approachable at the same time. My husband and I still talk about how great of a job he did even 3 months later.
