and that was the perfect touch. The setting was beautiful, and everyone worked hard to make sure we had what we needed for the big day. Pat and Tom could not have been more accommodating, and the food they provided for breakfast was phenomenal. Everyone who stayed there complimented the service, cleanliness, food, and overall atmosphere. It helped to keep everyone relaxed and in a great mood. We did have Carissa help with the wedding planning, and that was also well done. She really helped to keep everyone on track leading up to the wedding, and made sure that things went smoothly on the day of the wedding. Her advice was wonderful, and it was nice to have her as a resource. I truly believe that her presence on wedding day was what helped keep things going smoothly. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place to hold their wedding. We could not have been happier with our choice.

st people you could ever meet. They are so accommodating and understanding. I feel like I could never thank them enough for allowing us to have our wedding at their home. It was truly the happiest day of my life. They made sure everything was perfect. Their rooms were immaculate and so comfortable. So many of my wedding guests ranted and raved about their place and even told us they would like to return and stay a weekend there themselves. The breakfasts were phenomenal too. I just cant say enough about them and how happy I am to have gotten to know them. While they claim to be new to this whole wedding thing...you would never know! They've chosen to work with some super vendors and know just how to make your day special. Even if you don't have your wedding there, definitely book a stay there for a quick weekend get-a-way. It is more than worth it.

us breakfast!! They worked with us to make sure that the setup was what we wanted. The grounds are lovely, there is ample parking... lots of options for setting up there (we had rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception all there in one weekend, which saved everyone a lot of time and hassle) The only thing I want to add for future brides is... HAVE A BACKUP PLAN FOR RAIN!!!!! Coordinate that with the owners and caterer/planner... it will save a lot of tears and frustration in the end... (we had a surprise storm on our wedding day).

the venue is. Each room at the B&B was uniquely decorated and was full of charm and character! We quickly chose this as our venue because it was not your traditional, run of the mill country club or outdoor wedding. The location was beautiful! My family and bridal party arrived on Friday and were permitted an early check in. We were told we had the entire estate for the whole weekend, complete with a day after brunch for our guests who stayed there. We did receive this, but I was not impressed with how overbearing the owners became. My only complaint about this venue is the owners want to micro-manage the event itself. They do not have any type of wedding packages and it is my feeling that if they offered something like this then I would have been more apt to not complain about this. Also, we had over 20 children at our reception under the age of 12 and it was a hot and sunny summer day, no young child is really going to want to be "cooped up" under the event tent all night, so we provided yard games, board games, bubbles, etc for the kids to go play outside of the tent. Sadly, the owner literally yelled and chased the kids back under the event tent each time they tried to play outside. I would recommend this venue to someone who is having an outdoor ceremony and/or a small (under 100 people) reception. I would NOT recommend this venue for anything big like ours was.
