We used Chapins Catering for our wedding and it was the best decision that we made. Their service was outstanding, the staff were wonderful to work with and their food was amazing. They are also very affordable and local. We highly reccomend going with Chapins!

Megan and her team are the best of the best!! I used Chapin's at the recommendation of my wedding planner, and I am so happy that we chose them as our caterer. They are incredibly professional and communicative, and the food was phenomenal. They are very knowledgeable about weddings and even helped me ensure that I had everything I needed in terms of rentals (plates, silverware, etc). They helped make the process so smooth and stress free. Chapin's was very accommodating of our guests' dietary restrictions, so everyone was able to have an enjoyable meal. They took care of clean up so my husband and I could enjoy the evening and not have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend using Chapin's!!

a year planning the wedding. I knew I wanted catering that was delicious and memorable, with a Cape inspired menu. The passed appetizers, including mini lobster rolls, bacon wrapped scallops, and mini chicken quesadillas, were a huge hit with our guests. The stuffed haddock was also a huge success! The service was wonderful during the cocktail hour and throughout the dinner. They also accommodated last minute kids meals and dietary restrictions, which I was so grateful for. I could not have asked for a better catering experience, and the affordable price was the cherry on top!

I was extremely impressed with the team and level of coordination leading up to the event. Megan was so amazing and helped out with more than just the food. She went above and beyond at every turn.

taff and atmosphere. My guests can’t stop talking about the day!!!! From the beginning chef Kevin and Megan were all over every detail. I had an idea for a passed app that I once saw and wanted it recreated for the wedding. The execution was perfection and my guests and I loved it. The staff catered to our guests while making them feel at home, my husband and I were so comfortable the staff felt like family! Our puppy was part of the wedding and staff took the best care of her when it was time for speeches, dancing or just a break, totally wasn’t their job but ANYTHING we needed they were there every step of the way. After all the stress and planning I told my husband I will NEVER plan another wedding/vow renewal again. A week later we both said should we plan a renewal for 1 yr or 5 yrs with Chapins. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. We can’t thank you enough Megan and Chef Kevin, you guys are a dream with a dream team thank you for making my vision come true 🥰🥰🥰 See you at The Chip in 5 years for our renewal!!!!!!!!

ood, but Chapin’s catering was above and beyond all of my expectations. The appetizers were delicious, we had guests who had never been to the Cape before and had their first (3) lobster rolls during cocktail hour, along with scallops wrapped in bacon, and beef wellington just to name a few. The presentation was perfect, shrimp cocktail served in a little martini glass with cocktail sauce at the bottom? Can you get any cuter?! The mashed potato bar was a hit, and so much fun to let people add their own toppings. But, in addition to having awesome food presented so nicely, the wait staff could not possibly have been any better! They were so accommodating, and friendly to all of our guests, and even seemed to be enjoying themselves dancing around to the music as they poured drinks, delivered food, and cleared the tables. Our guests are still talking about the amazing food (and wait staff) from our wedding. I would definitely recommend Chapin’s catering for all of your events, your guests will thank you later!

passed apps during cocktail hour they made sure the bride and groom had a chance to taste, even while out in the vines for pictures. All of the food was amazing during the reception as well, and Connie was very good at making sure the bride and groom (as well as all of our guests) were well taken care of. Can't express enough how wonderful it all was. Everything was set up and taken down quickly and, despite a tight time schedule, everything was ready to go on time. Again, I highly recommend Chapin's Catering. Wonderful.

Dinner was delicious and they offered easy options for all types of diets. The butternut squash ravioli was actually our favorite, and we're not even vegetarians! Servers were so wonderful to us and made sure we got enough to eat. Prices were super reasonable for all the awesome food we got. Perfect choice for a Cape wedding - thanks Kevin!!

other vendors that they took any work or worry away from us. Our guests mentioned how professional, kind and genuinely happy the staff were, it was not the usual day at work crew, they were fun! The food was excellent. A few guests have even said it was "the best food I've ever had at a wedding"! We had a clambake elevated to a chic level and they executed this perfectly!! I'd use Chapins again in a heartbeat and I really enjoyed working with the staff. They really love what they do and that resonates to the food and service they provide. They'll give your guests an experience they'll rave about!!! Trust me, it's pretty cool when your guests rave about your wedding! Just book Chapins!

and it was reassuring that he handled our wedding personally. Our tasting was outstanding and it was hard to narrow down our choices because every thing we tried was amazing! They were flexible and made alterations to the menu as needed. The guests were awed by the raw bar and passed hot apps at the cocktail hour. We have heard from many people: "The apps just kept coming!" The presentation was great as well. As the bride, I was presented with a tray with an assortment of apps by one of the caterers and she said, "This is for you and your husband!" It was perfect, because I devoured the whole tray while my bustle was being done up. The presentation and quality of the buffet was just as good, and people are still raving about how good our food was. Many people have told us: "Not typical wedding food!" And our mashed potato bar was a HUGE hit! Thanks Chapins!

My wedding venue had a set group of caterers that they would only work with, which ended up being just fine since Chapin's was one of the choices. Jimmy is a great guy to work with...
and was perfectly willing to make some alterations to dishes without any headaches. We had a few guests with food allergies, which was no issue for Chapin's (and since everyone is still alive I'd say they did a good job). The food tasting was such a tease because everything was so delicious. Since our wedding, guests have just gushed about how good the food was; something not every wedding reception can boast about. Every penny spent was beyond worth it with Chapin's, I wholeheartedly recommend them for any event!

about them. Kevin Violet and Jimmy Mullen were great to work with. We had chosen to do a lobster bake for 200 people and the lobster and steak were excellent. At the cocktail hour, we had a raw bar and several horderves. They also did the rehearsal dinner and it was at their seasonal restaurant which they opened just for us. The prices for both the rehearsal dinner and the reception were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning on having a wedding on Cape Cod. I would also recommend anyone vacationing on the Cape to go to their restaurant in Dennis that is opened all year round or Chapin's Fish and Chips located in Dennis Port opened during the summer season.
