I highly recommend Claudia. Claudia takes her role in your wedding to heart. She learns about your relationship and adds details to your ceremony. She helps you to be aware of things you may not have considered, every detail of the ceremony. She even pays attention to what the vendors around her are doing, like being in the photos when the “kiss the bride” shots are being taken. She’s a true professional.

Where do I even begin? Claudia went above and beyond our expectations for a officiant. Our customized ceremony was beautiful, and personalized. And she was so relaxed, kind, and helpful when we moved locations last minute. Not only did she stick around before and after the ceremony to help with photos with our photographer, she also helped carry things and was just such a huge blessing to both my husband and I day of. Our ceremony was small but everyone who attended raved about Claudia, and I am unsure that this review is enough to thank her for all of her help. We loved Claudia as the officiant for our elopement ceremony. She made sure to keep us up to date on every step throughout the process. Claudia picked wildflowers from our ceremony location & mailed them to us with our marriage certificate & copy of the vows we wrote, which we found so special. Chaplain Claudia was an absolutely wonderful officiant for our wedding! She was always organized and helpful along our journey of writing our ceremony. She helped us coordinate with our Rabbi (we did a 1/2 Christian, 1/2 Jewish blended ceremony), and figured out a way to make the ceremony blend seamlessly. She was flexible and understanding when we had to push our wedding back not one, but two times due to Covid. I was nervous hiring an officiant but was so relieved when I was introduced to Claudia. She was very kind and welcoming. Understanding that due to an illness in my family may have changed the schedule a bit and she was very thoughtful about it. Claudia did an initial zoom call to understand our needs and wants. We loved how passionate she was above officiating, and we loved that she had a process to tailoring the ceremony to be “us.” Claudia got to know us through a series of questions in the weeks following our elopement and cared for understand who we were as partners. we originally wanted to have a “just legalize it” ceremony in our backyard, but opted for a longer one since a few friends and family were traveling far to join us for the quick wedding. Claudia’s responsiveness was swift, sweet, and to the point. She worked the answers to a questionnaire she had sent into our ceremony, and it made it feel much more than just a “script” or “vows” ; infact, incorporating key things we both said into the ceremony script is what made it even more emotional and meaningful. She was able to perform a non denominational ceremony for us without judgement. My guests also thought the ceremony was beautiful and just what we wanted! We are very happy to have had Claudia officiate our wedding. Despite what we imagine was an incredibly busy post-lockdown wedding season in 2021, she was in regular communication with us and available when we had any questions or concerns. Claudia offered numerous suggestions and examples for our vows and the wedding as whole, ultimately scripting a ceremony that fit us perfectly. There ended up being a downpour on our wedding day, and she also included a great, impromptu history of why rain on your wedding day signifies good luck, even tying it into our processional song choice as well. We had a lot of initial issues finding an officiant that we could trust and that got us. We are so glad that we found Claudia. Claudia was direct but joyous throughout the entire process, providing us a lot of clarity when it came to getting our ceremony just right. She got that we liked having a no-frills kind of experience while still being able to give us the little-something-extras that we did want. Claudia worked with us via Zoom to create our micro-wedding ceremony on 10/22/2020 in the Catskills. She really listened to our ideas on how we would convey or love and spirituality. She created a beautiful script that was customized for us and even ran a Zoom wedding rehearsal since we live in Pittsburgh. Day of she was extremely helpful, reminding my brother to light the ceremony candles and other details. She is a tremendous public speaker and very eloquent with her words. You will feel like a true professional is delivering your ceremony... we also felt very comfortable with Claudia (which is important). Steve and I highly recommend her services.

When we were planning our wedding, finding an officiant seemed like one of the more difficult decisions but we instantly bonded with Claudia.
