We cannot thank Grace and her team enough for such an incredibly beautiful wedding. They came highly recommended by my venue which is a place that is very particular and has many rules. I was so relieved that Grace and her team came in knowing exactly how to handle the venue and how things need to be run. The way that they executed everything gave us complete peace of mind to enjoy our day, and everything turned out even more stunning than we could have hoped it to be. Every detail was perfect and how we envisioned it, I knew exactly how I wanted the decor to be and the look for all 3 spaces - ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Grace and her team not only delivered on my vision, but far exceeded what I had even imagined. Our guests were blown away, and it was the most elegant, gorgeous wedding, we are so appreciative of their hard work!!

Grace is wonderful. Through two COVID-related postponements, she was there for us the entire way in our wedding planning with helpful advice, professional assistance, and moral support. She helped us see the blind spots in our planning and took care of everything on the day of the event. I've been always dreaming of a perfect wedding and Charis Events made my dreams come true. Everything from my wedding was flawless and perfect! Absolutely the best wedding planner! I’ve been to few of the weddings Charis Events were involved...it was AMAZING!! I married 10 years ago and I wish I knew Charis events before for my wedding. Grace has been the best planner and supporter for my wedding. She was always there to help us out with anything that we needed. She is an excellent communicator. She will always reply back with prompt response. She is super organized. We almost had to do nothing for our wedding. She had everything planned ahead. Grace and her team were absolutely Amazing. Grace's creativity/vision is quite impressive. From my perspective as the groom - Her and her team are like a wedding swat team. They are incredibly well coordinated. Heck, I don't think I had to think at all... Everything was already set for us. They anticipated anything and everything we could have wanted. They made sure we were able to truly enjoy our wedding day. I was quite surprised how cool & collected they were regardless of all the curve balls we threw at them. I would highly recommend them for your luxury/upscale wedding.

If you are reading this and considering Charis Events for your wedding, GO FOR IT. It will be the best decision you will make while planning your wedding, it certainly was for us. We were immediately drawn to all of her beautiful work on the website and instagram but also her amazing personality, so decided to book her for our wedding at Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel. From initial meetings, vendor recommendations, design inspiration, and execution of the day, we were impressed by her professionalism, passion, and quality of work. Grace really tried to get to know us as a couple and put a lot of work in trying to create and design a unique wedding for us. She also had great relationships with other vendors and professionals in the industry, bringing together the best team for the day. I still cannot get over how amazing and beautiful our wedding was and how much fun my husband and I were able to have because we had Grace and her team taking care of everything!

I want to dedicate my first public post to my awesome wedding planner Grace who did a tremendous job at my wedding at Ebell Long Beach. If you are a bride that is looking for glamorous decor and florals at your wedding, Charis Event is the one to go to. Grace knows how to put all the elements together. All the guests and vendors were very amazed by the wedding decor. We are especially wow by our sweetheart table which I'm sure Grace put a lot of effort designing. I think they have exceeded expectations as a wedding planning service. I would definitely recommend Grace to my other friends.

What should I say! It's truly tough to describe our appreciation for Grace briefly. She is creative, organized and well connected to the event planning community. We worked with her for the past year to plan our wedding for 70 at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu. We boned to her right away! She had endless ideas, but is never pushy. She engages like a friend while skillfully managing the timeline. I always wanted to have my wedding theme like movie Twilight saga, and it happened to me :) She is always a joy to be around, but especially the weekend of the events. She and her teams managed all the moving pieces and executed a beautiful, seamless event. One of the most gorgeous, epic, romantic, one of a kind wedding that one can ask for, thanks to Grace and her team at the London! Hanging white roses, a combination of modern and vintage furniture, with the perfect band overlooking one of the most amazing views in los angeles - it was amazing! Can't ask for a better planner. Grace was very professional through the whole planning process. With Grace's recommendation my wife was able to hand pick every one of her wedding vendors to create a one of a kind wedding. Was not a huge fan of hiring a planner for the wedding because I knew exactly what I wanted for mine, but was required by the venue, so we had to look for one. Originally I thought going with the basic will be ideal, but ran out of time since my work got too busy. My husband to be suggested me to hire someone offers more than “day of coordinator” I’m a researcher and better at it than anyone. When I researched bilangual whose also experienced, Charis Events ranged better than anyone. Only about 4 months out, we’ve contacted Grace and this is what I call a God’s calling. Grace, in my own words, has a gift with a very few words. She delivers much more than she promised and beyond. Her team was friendly and supportive, while the entire day went smoothly. My wedding was more than perfect. I truly thought that I knew what I was doing, but trust me, there’s more than there ever is. Charis Events & Design was so great that I would ask my husband to have another wedding just for the sake of working with these beautiful ladies again. Grace and her team all have great personalities and made the wedding planning that much easier. Charis Events delivered an A+ wedding for us. From the beginning, Grace was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Grace and her team expertly pulled this off notwithstanding unexpected challenges (outside her control) that arose on wedding day. We’d be remiss if we did not mention her very hard work in designing our engagement photo shoot, for which she had to carry furniture around on a frozen lake! Grace and her team was a great officiant and really made our wedding a great one. Grace helped us to really show our personalities during the ceremony. Grace made herself available to spent time with us to get to know what we really want before we planned every moment of our ceremony. Many officiants we met were not willing to meet in person more than once, but Grace was happy to accommodate our face-to-face meetings. She also answered our e-mails promptly and corrected our ceremony as needed. Grace and her team is the best and I highly recommend her as an officiant!

Grace and her team did an amazing job of stylizing my recent July wedding! Guests could not stop staring (and photographing) all the beautiful floral and decor. She was very respectful of our budget and yet, still managed to transform our rustic ranch into a high-end fairy tale.

A wedding in April at the lovely botanical garden, Hartley Botanica, in California’s Simi Valley, was the setting for our family to celebrate in style. The wedding planner, Grace from Charis Events & Design, was in charge of the many details that all came together to create the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen! Everywhere you looked, there were little details that Grace had flawlessly incorporated into the setting for the bohemian style the bride wanted, that reflected not only the natural grandeur of the garden setting, but also the eclectic, non-traditional style and taste of the bride and groom. On the day of the wedding, Grace reminded me of a maestro, conducting her talented and rehearsed orchestra of florists, caterers and stylists in a flawless performance that was not only memorable for the guests, but also created a perfect day that will become a most treasured memory for the lucky bride and groom, and for our entire family.

Grace is a creative genius! She did an incredible job of incorporating who we are into the overall theme and atmosphere of the wedding. It really was a fairytale. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Grace came highly recommended through some friends that had worked with her for weddings/events, and to some it all up...just AMAZING!!! I had about 6 months to plan my wedding, but was nervous because I wasn't sure if that would be enough time to get everything done, especially since I'm soooo indecisive. I know that everyone feel the same about the wedding planner and wedding planning service. You know you need it, but you also know that you just need someone to take this role to save some money. I asked my sister to take this role in the beginning and thought that this is going to be great, since she knows me well and overall we're family! Guess what, it didn't take too long to find out the importance of hiring a REAL PLANNER who knows what he/she's doing. My sister and I thought that we knew what we were doing, but we're absolutely WRONG. Our budget was structured poorly, even myself is a CPA, and my sister and I got emotionally bothered as time goes by and finally got in the biggest argument. I'm so glad all happen because I really got to appreciate Grace about what she had done for me. From the major to minor, she was there every step of the way and made my wedding second to none. No more arguments with my sister, no more arguments with my husband, but only happy tears on the day of my wedding. I hope other brides don't waste of their time to save the cost and looking for unprofessional wedding coordinators/planners. Do yourself a favor and hire Grace Song!
