This place messed up a whole bridal parties dresses. First of all the dresses they tried on wasn’t the dresses they received, none of them fit the girls, then when questioned about...
it, they fat shamed several of the girls in the bridal party. They did not want to make it right by refunding unless the girls went back in and got fat shamed some more. Wasn’t even the same dress they ordered. When asked to speak to the owner the owner refused to take the complaint seriously and wouldn’t even return a phone call!
I would never recommend this place to anyone after such a horrible encounter! Shame on yall! That’s why you can’t leave reviews on Facebook bc there customer service would eat them up! Charisma Bridal and Formals the owner can respond to google reviews but can’t return a phone call, not even an apology. The block you on fb so you can’t see there reviews. Owner takes no accountability

ere was only one girl really working the bridal gowns. The girl helping me while I was trying on dresses made comments about my weight. Saying that I should get a bigger size since I haven't lost all my post-partum weight. Mind you I am the exact size I was before my son was born. She was a horrible assistant. Instead of encouraging me I felt as though she constantly criticized. There wasn't really anything to choose from and she didn't help or pay attention to what I asked of her. Even if they were the last place in Lafayette I'd still choose to go out of town. I don't see how they're still in business.

ng out because they'd lost her dress. They had a veil that I loved though, so I attempted to purchase it through them. Two weeks later they still had not even ORDERED the veil. This was after me going there several times and reminding them that I needed the veil ASAP, AND after we'd paid them for the full price of the veil. My mother finally went in there had them order the veil immediately, and when they did they ordered the wrong veil. Every single time we went in there it was like they'd never seen us before. Walking into that place is like walking into a nightmare.
