I found the most perfect wedding dress here! I felt absolutely beautiful! The bridal consultant was very helpful. I also got my entire wedding party dresses there as well! Everything was so easy and they were very communicative through the entire process!

I can not say enough great things about Charisma! From their selection of bridal gowns, customer services and knowledgeable staff, I had the most amazing experience. Not only did I find the most perfect wedding dress, but I also found all my bridesmaid dresses, jr bridesmaids, flower girl and all of the groomsmen tuxedos. It was so nice to have a one stop shop! They were so helpful and communicative through the entire process form start to finish! I would recommend this place to anyone in need of any type of dress for their wedding!

I found my dream wedding dress here! They went above and beyond from start to finish! I told them what I wanted for my dress and they really listened and pulled me “the one” they really know what they are doing! I did my entire wedding there. My bridesmaids and tuxedos too! Mr. Brad and his staff are so wonderful! I can not thank them enough for making everything so stress free!

I found my dream wedding dress from Charisma. The staff was extremely helpful. The customer service was impeccable and the selection of gowns was amazing. They really listened to what I wanted for my dress. I got my bridal gown, all my bridesmaids, flower girl dresses and tuxedos there. It was such a stress free experience and I would recommend them to anyone searching for the perfect dress!

Absolutely horrible. I went into the store to find my wedding dress with my MOH, my mother & my son who at the time was 4 months old. When we walked in no one really greeted us. There was only one girl really working the bridal gowns. The girl helping me while I was trying on dresses made comments about my weight. Saying that I should get a bigger size since I haven't lost all my post-partum weight. Mind you I am the exact size I was before my son was born. She was a horrible assistant. Instead of encouraging me I felt as though she constantly criticized. There wasn't really anything to choose from and she didn't help or pay attention to what I asked of her. Even if they were the last place in Lafayette I'd still choose to go out of town. I don't see how they're still in business.

I want to thank the staff who took the time to find the perfect wedding gown for my daughter after trying on several dresses she found the "one". From start to finish they were very helpful.

I don't know how this place is still in business. It's the worst place of business I've ever encountered. I should've known the first day I went in there, and one girl was freaking out because they'd lost her dress. They had a veil that I loved though, so I attempted to purchase it through them. Two weeks later they still had not even ORDERED the veil. This was after me going there several times and reminding them that I needed the veil ASAP, AND after we'd paid them for the full price of the veil. My mother finally went in there had them order the veil immediately, and when they did they ordered the wrong veil. Every single time we went in there it was like they'd never seen us before. Walking into that place is like walking into a nightmare.

My dress came in 4 months LATE and it was the wrong color, and the wrong size. I was absolutely FURIOUS. Every time I called to check on my dress before it came in, I either got hung up on or was told I would be called back and never was. I would not recommend anyone going to this place for anything!

My dress came in over a month and a half late after they guaranteed that it would be in my a certain date. My wedding dress came in five days before the wedding! After making them gives the tracking number I found out that UPS tried to deliver my dress THREE times and every time it wasn't delivered because the store wasn't paying the $10.00 COD!!!! Keep in mind that I had already given them their money for half of my dress and the shipping cost! The manager there was VERY rude and not wanting to help find my dress and the owner refused to talk to us!
