!!! We cannot thank you enough for organizing our wedding day (multiple times). We began our wedding planning process just before the pandemic. After 3 changed dates, we finally made it happen this past summer. Charlie was so accommodating, calm, and collective the entire time. Gave my husband and I reassurance that our day would be flawless. CJ and Charlie are the best! The food was out of this world! I hope these guys open up a restaurant soon because I will be there every week!!! From the bottom of my heart, thank you guys.

e we had to postpone the wedding due to the pandemic. They were incredibly helpful, patient, informative, and attentive to all the details. They were kind enough to honor the pricing on our original contract even though we had to postpone a year. They thoughtfully handled special requests for our guests with gluten allergies, the vendor meals, our ice cream cakes, and a family who had to depart early with toddler but we wanted to have meals. They kept everything neat and clean without removing table coverings until the guests were leaving. They had everything ready on time, were polite, warm, friendly and respectful with all of our guests, and they did a great job of cutting the 8 ice cream cakes we had delviered and getting them out quickly before any melting. We went with an Italian meal and food was quite good and especially loved the seasoned vegetables and garlic bread. Outstanding service and presentation. So thanks again Charles and Charles

I even talked to a couple people at the wedding that were serving and setting things up and they are very professional and sincere to anyone they talked to. They focused on our details, helped me with listing the ingredients for people we had coming who had allergies just in case. These guys are amazing. We will definitely use them in e future for another big event. Thank you Charleses for everything you are, your staff and the amazing food you create. You helped make our day feel whole. Thank you!

Charles & Charles went out of their way to accommodate us after a venue change and we could not be more thankful to them for that. Even with traveling farther then originally planned they made it work perfectly and served some of the best food we have ever had. The quality of the food is top notch. My husband runs a restaurant and was very picky when choosing our caterer. They had us with the first bite of food we tried. If you want true good food and a memorable meal I would HIGHLY recommend Charles & Charles Catering.

ing team. To start off, I have to talk about Charles Birney. What a kind, patient, enthusiastic individual; someone who radiates authenticity and makes you feel like you’ve been friends forever. He’s down-to-earth, inviting, accommodating, but also someone who is passionate about his work and takes great pride in making sure you’ll get the wedding dinner you desire your guests to have. When we sat down to go over menu options, he answered all our questions, explained his dishes to us in detail, and told us which options would do better with an autumn-themed wedding…I can go on and on. We didn’t feel like a bother to him whatsoever and you can tell he genuinely loved talking about his menu and couldn’t wait to start cooking everything for us. He even made an extra dish of his braised-short rib and risotto and dropped it off at my house so that we could get a sampling! Who does that?? Being that my wife is gluten-free and had special requests - he was able to meet all our needs with ease. We even had to make some changes throughout the weeks leading up to our wedding and he was so gracious and worked with us every step of the way. Lastly, I want to mention Charles was willing to work with our budget as well which was much appreciated because weddings get expensive rather quickly. The other Charles, CJ, was awesome as well. He showed up to the venue the day before the wedding to set up the tables and make sure everything was going according to plan. Super nice guy and had a great attitude during, what can be, a stressful time for a bride and groom. He reassured us that we had absolutely nothing to worry about as far as the food was concerned. And their crew - oh my goodness, what a great team! All their servers were so hardworking and friendly. Warm smiles all around and met our every need. Everyone got their food on time, they made sure drinks were being refilled, and Chris, one of their servers, even brought hors d’oeuvres to my wife and I during the photos to make sure we were fed. How thoughtful! Again, I can go on and on. I highly recommend this caterer. If you want to have food that your guests will rave about while simultaneously receiving top dining-service, then Charles and Charles Catering is the caterer for you!

Their level of attentiveness, thoughtful touches, and professionalism really sets the bar high for everyone else in the business. Truly, I don't know how we could've ever had our wedding without them! I wish I had more space to write a longer review. I cannot say enough good things about them. BOOK THEM!
