My fiancé and I found them on Facebook and had such a great experience picking out bands with Richard! My engagement ring is very unique and came from his family so we were very happy with how they worked with us to find something that worked well with my ring. It’s family owned and they design the rings themselves! We highly recommend! I can’t wait to pick them up next week!

My engagement ring is one of a kind thanks to Charles Koll! Along with the help of nearly all on staff in this family operated business, my husband and I also have the perfect wedding bands. Any time I need a cleaning or a quick re finishing, they are happy to help! Thanks for all that you did to get Chris and I the perfect rings (and in helping him design my engagement ring), oh and thanks for the celebratory drinks! :) We are customers for life!

I am very particular on my style and nothing my husband and I looked at caught my attention. Charles Koll is ran by a Father and Son and they are both extremely friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about all things jewelry. We had a private consultation in their back room (they offered champagne and ballast point, which is amazing) and spent the time to create both an engagement ring and wedding ring from scratch in our budget. It was a great experience and we will definitely go back in the future for anything jewelry.

We worked with Richard and he was beyond fantastic. That being said, every time we came into the store, we were greeted by the staff and made to feel welcome. They worked closely with my fiance to design my engagement ring and then with both of us to design my wedding band. The day before my wedding he invited me and all my girls to come to the store and have all of our jewelry cleaned for the big day. They were waiting with champagne on ice - such a fun way to kick of festivities! Always so nice and welcoming every time we walked into the store, offered something to drink (from wine to hot cocoa with little marshmallows!), triple checked to see if we had any questions, and just made the whole process fantastic. Best jeweler in San Diego, no question!
