Eric did a great job with communicating and listening to what I wanted for our wedding. When I went for the tasting, he listened to what I wanted changed and the different thought...s that I was having. He gave me great suggestions and also offered to help with any other vendors I was using since he knew everyone and has worked with them all over Charleston. We had some minor issues when the food was ready at the actual reception but it was ready and tasted great.
