I have never raved about a vendor more than Charlie's BBQ. Not that I have favorites, but I'm not sure anything can beat Derek's customer service. The first time we met him was when we went to (sneakily) taste the food at his stand in Windsor. ...He had no idea we were looking to test him out, but gave us everything for free and let us try everything. He's just that kind of guy. He gives you his personal cell phone number and offered to help with anything else regarding the wedding. The food was fantastic at our wedding and it was so nice to work with someone who did buffets so gracefully with 200 people. We had tri tip, pulled pork sandwiches with caramelized brie and pear and chicken along with two salads, fresh rolls and grilled vegetables. Derek is flexible, easy-going, and works tirelessly to do exactly what you want and provides a great meal at the end of the day! Our guests are still raving about the food we served. I would recommend Charlie's BBQ to anyone who wants fresh, local, hot, tasty food at their wedding!
