organizing. I basically had to redirect his attention to what we were working on for things to get done. He was also really bad at answering questions in a timely manner. The food was good, but the buffet was not on the table long enough. SEVERAL guests told me they would have liked seconds (or firsts!) but they were tearing it down before some had a chance. We even had around 20 guests not show up (that we paid for) so it wasn't like they ran out of food. The DJ situation was a nightmare. They strongly urge you to use an In-House DJ. So we agreed. Two weeks before the wedding date, they didn't have anyone booked for us because their DJ was booked for the summer (we reserved him in November, wedding at the end of July). DJ was not good at all. We got the bill and the "suggested gratuity" was out of this world! (FOR A BUFFET!) We did $1-$2 per guest and the manager asked if we were going to leave more...uhhh nope. Not after this experience. If you are super laid back and don't care what happens at your reception...and expect to make things happen at your own reception (timeline) then book here! But if you want everything taken care of...probably go somewhere else.
