This talented professional has even received recognition on The Oprah Winfrey Show and in Vogue magazine. After three decades in the fashion industry, Charlotte was determined to transform her lifelong passion for pastry arts into a career. Now, Charlotte specializes in couture cakes and confections that showcase her background in fashion and love for delicious food.
Each cake is handcrafted, sophisticated, and one-of-a-kind. After an in-depth consultation meeting, Charlotte generates a sketch of your dream cake. From there, she offers a tasting so that you can decide on your desired flavors and fillings. Samples of her creations include an eight-tier cake with orchids made from sugar paste and a white cake topped with vibrant flowers and butterflies. Charlotte Neuville Cakes + Confections can also produce themed desserts for other events such as birthday parties and graduations. From your initial meeting to the delivery of your sweet treat, this business is dedicated to your satisfaction.
