Operating out of Horseheads, NY, Charlottes Hospitality LLC is a professional catering business that services local weddings and other special gatherings. We are an off-site catering company. As long as your venue allows you to bring your own caterer, we will be there!
Owner and chef Nicholas studied culinary nutrition at Johnson and Wales University. His enthusiasm for cuisine and service with a smile still runs strong, and he wishes to meet his clients every need for their wedding meal expectations. Nicholas has curated a menu full of exciting appetizers, entrées, Brazilian dishes, and BBQ feasts for his clients to pour over and sample in exclusive tastings, including Alabama Pulled Pork, Cordeiro, Filet Mignon, Green Goddess Steak Tacos, and more. Chef Nicholas and his team can also provide food stations and bars, with some of the most in-demand being their pasta bar, taco bar, carving station, and rice bowl station.
We offer many different styles, from plated meals to buffets, family style, and the most unique is our Brazilian style! We accommodate any food allergy or restriction, including vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free. Our menus, which can be customized to your liking, feature fan favorites, including French, Italian, Greek, Italian, and Southwestern cuisine that will linger with you and your loved ones long after the meal has been scraped clean. Everything is taken care of, including delivery, set up, clean up, and servers to plate up your chosen delicacies. On the day of our wedding, a power outage took place right in the middle of his teams' prep time. Luckily, they were unphased and went on to serve the best meal that my wife or I have ever had at a wedding. The perfectly cooked steaks, tender and delicious salmon, creamy and smoky mac 'n' cheese were all highlights but truly every dish was delectable.
We cannot recommend the team any higher. They changed our view of what wedding food could be. Oh yeah, they also drove 3.5 hours to and from our venue! We're unbelievably happy with their services-- book them today!

all know wedding food can be hit or miss. I had people tell me the food was phenomenal. Besides the food being outstanding, Nick had us do a taste test right in his kitchen at home. It was personal and perfect. He really wants to make you happy through his food, it shows. He's super easy to work with and a great guy. Couldn't have asked for a better caterer. So happy!

the appetizer and meal tables. We went with a buffet option and all of our guests loved the food. Nick also accomodated our needs for a few vegan guests, and it wasn't your typical vegan food, it was well thought out so those guests could have something special too. I also had a gluten free guest on my list and all of the food except for one app were already gluten free. I'll also add that I had no time to deliver my final check payment, but Nick traveled all the way from Horseheads to Ithaca just to pick it up from me, which was very convenient for me as a busy bride!!
