Nick is an amazing chef and caterer. He was very helpful before the wedding in picking a menu and planning out the day, so we didn’t have to stress about it at all on the day of. N...
ot to mention, Nick’s food was one of the parts of our evening that our guests raved about the most—so delicious for a reasonable price!
Charlotte's Hospitality was an unbelievable hire. Nick was a swift and clear communicator throughout the planning phase. He helped us problem solve and would proactively reach out ...
to us to ensure that things were on track.
On the day of our wedding, a power outage took place right in the middle of his teams' prep time. Luckily, they were unphased and went on to serve the best meal that my wife or I have ever had at a wedding. The perfectly cooked steaks, tender and delicious salmon, creamy and smoky mac 'n' cheese were all highlights but truly every dish was delectable.
We cannot recommend the team any higher. They changed our view of what wedding food could be. Oh yeah, they also drove 3.5 hours to and from our venue! We're unbelievably happy with their services-- book them today!
Nicks food is phenomenal. So much so my husband and I have been eating the leftovers for 3 days in a row after our wedding. We received endless compliments on our wedding food. We ...
all know wedding food can be hit or miss. I had people tell me the food was phenomenal. Besides the food being outstanding, Nick had us do a taste test right in his kitchen at home. It was personal and perfect. He really wants to make you happy through his food, it shows. He's super easy to work with and a great guy. Couldn't have asked for a better caterer. So happy!
We cant thank Nick enough for the service and attention to detail he provided for us! We couldn’t stop talking about our food trial and how excited we were to have it again!

on’t know how it could have gotten any better but it did! The food at the wedding did not disappoint and tasted even better than k remembered! Even though we had a buffet style, Nick and his team still went out of the way to serve the bride a I. We are five days past the wedding and our guest are still raving about the food!
We will never not recommend Nick and his business charlottes Hospitality to everyone!! We hope to be able to eat his food again someday!
Charlotte's exceeded expectations! The food was absolutely amazing and at a fair price. The bartenders were fun and professional. We were absolutely impressed by the decor setup on...
the appetizer and meal tables. We went with a buffet option and all of our guests loved the food. Nick also accomodated our needs for a few vegan guests, and it wasn't your typical vegan food, it was well thought out so those guests could have something special too. I also had a gluten free guest on my list and all of the food except for one app were already gluten free. I'll also add that I had no time to deliver my final check payment, but Nick traveled all the way from Horseheads to Ithaca just to pick it up from me, which was very convenient for me as a busy bride!!
Top notch in all departments. Communicated well throughout planning, and accommodated all our requests. Food was well prepared and absolutely delicious. Plating of the plates was ...
top notch as well as appetizer presentation. And gluten free! Guests were all raving over the food. Fine dining brought to our wedding. Every entree was amazing. Thank you so much and Nick and his team. We are happy to have them be part of making our wedding day special.
