Charnell Timms Photography

Charnell photographed our wedding in August and we were blown away by the final photos and Charnell's enthusiasm and ability to put us at ease. On top of that, Charnell offered great flexibility in packages and photography hours.

When I first contacted Charnell, I loved her enthusiasm over email. I told my spouse that I loved her energy and wanted to meet her. After meeting her, I was in love! Her ideas, energy, and creativity caught me. Her flexibility was so nice to see. We did our save the date photos with her and it was such an incredible experience. She made us feel attractive and relaxed. I said I wanted to carry her around in my pocket. She made us feel incredible. When we got the pictures, I knew we had made the right choice! They were incredible!!!!! About 6 weeks before our wedding we were having a panic moment because the schedule had changed for our wedding day. She met with us for drinks and calmed our nerves. On our wedding day, she was prompt, energetic, professional, funny, and creative. We had a rowdy toddler present and she handled him with grace... more grace than I did. She did every picture we asked and hardly stopped moving. Many guests and the venue wanted her business cards. She made a point of making every person feel special. We also asked for an additional hour the Monday following so we could get pictures with the fall colors in the background. We had so much fun running around the Lake Harriet Bandshell park area taking photos and laughing. The photobooks she created for us and our parents are just inspired. She made each photo look incredibly special. I tear up each time I look at them. I feel like Charnell Timms wasn't just our photographer, but a friend who wanted us to have a wedding to remember and photos to match. Her first email got me excited to meet her. I'm so glad I went with my gut on her. She is worth every penny and will be used by us again and again and again for years to come for every event we can imagine. Take my advice, use her. You will not regret it!!!!!
