I’m so happy my husband and I choose this place for our wedding day. I will forever remember this day. Everyone was so attentive and treated us like royalty. Christine is so sweet and nice to work with, she was quick to answer all our questions and was very helpful. The food was delicious and the view was just breathtaking!! Definitely recommend this place for your big day you will have great food, great view and an excellent service.

I had my wedding ceremony (outdoor in the balcony against NYC backdrop) and cocktail hour / reception at the Chart House in August. Everything was better than what I've hoped for. The staff at Chart House goes above and beyond to make it a night to remember and ensures you and your guests are having a great time. Everyone raved about the services, the alcohol, and the food! The sales manager is also very responsive and helpful - overall everyone at CH makes it a pretty stress-free way to plan a wedding. I highly recommend organizing your next event there!

Even though this is a bit late, in May 13 of this year my wedding took place here. The service was amazing!!!!! The staff and the sales department were very patient and accommodating to us and our guest. Any questions I always had I would email them everyday with my concerns and they always reached back to me with hours with an answer. I would always recommend this place. Also, they always helped us with any other vendors that we were interested in. In addition, two years before the wedding took place, my husband proposed to me here and they did also an exceptional service for him event to occur.

Just got married here on 9/16/17. Amazing night! Still hearing from all of the guests about how great the food was and so glad we went with the NY Strip. Views were phenomenal and the pictures came out perfect. We fit about 150 people and a full 9 piece band, which seemed to be the perfect number for the ballroom. Plenty of room to dance yet it did not feel empty at all. Christine helped us every step of the way. She was very responsive and flexible with all of our requests. HIGHLY recommend this venue and will be coming back for our anniversary.

I just had my wedding reception at the Chart House. Stunning views of the city both during the day and night. The food and service were impeccable. My guests couldn't stop talking about how much they enjoyed the food. Michelle, Maitre D', and Michael made sure me and my husband had food and drinks on your table all night long. Throughout the event, Michelle coordinated every detail with the wedding planner so everything was perfect! We were very pleased with the food and service. Don't hesitate to have your wedding there.

Wow... I don't even know where to begin. We had our wedding reception at the Chart House on 1/28/17 and everything was absolutely perfect!! Our guests kept saying that it was the best food & wedding they had ever been to, and the skyline view was phenomenal!! Beyond that though, the staff was incredible. Milla is incredibly thorough & a true professional- and we could not have asked for better service from Christina (maitre'd) & the staff! Not to mention, the bridal suite is a much-needed quiet space to eat & relax without being bombarded by guests. LOVED it!!! We are so grateful for the Chart House!!

We had our wedding at the Chart House this past weekend. Everything was perfect, the staff is wonderful, friendly, professional, accomodating. It is a beautiful venue and taking into account the views and quality of food I find them to be extremely affordable. Highly recommended! They more than exceeded our expectations.

We had our wedding at The Chart House on June 12th, 2016. The location could not have been better. It is easily accessible, the view from the deck and ballroom are beautiful, even on cloudy days. The set up is very elegant, even for a simple wedding like ours was. We were in contact with Mike. He was very friendly and helped "de-stress" the wedding planning environment. He received us and the wedding planner there as much as we wanted and let us to do a rehearsal a couple of days before without charge. He also went through all the details with us. Communication with him was a bit difficult, though. We had to call and email multiple times to hear back to schedule visits. On the day of the wedding, the whole staff was very professional and we felt they cared for us. Decoration was beautiful and on time. Everything was clean. The only reason we are giving 4 stars is because we had a communication problem between the waiters and the guests and they ended up not serving the sodas that were in the package and the beer was also served for very few people that asked about other beverages besides wine. People that do not drink alcohol, stayed only with water. We were very upset about this, but when we talked to Mike he apologized and said that this had never happened before. As an apology, he offered us a free brunch in the location. We thought it was very kind of him. In general, we highly recommend this venue. Beautiful location, spectacular food and very kind staff.

The table was not clean, people packed in like sardines. I could reach over and touch the person next to me thats how close the seats were. The food was high priced Red Lobster food. Not much better tasting and a whole lot more expensive. I wanted a table with a view of the skyline so what did they give me?? A table where the skyline was at my back even though there were tables with the view available.. The whole experience was a disasterous ripoff...

Amazing!!! We had our wedding there and we loved it! The food was amazing everyone is talking about how much they enjoyed the cocktail hour and the dinner- so much food!!!!

So i just had my wedding a few weeks ago at the Chart House and I have to say it was absolutely AWSOMMMMMMEEE!! I was kind of apprehensive to book with them due to the out dated decor, but the view and rave reviews of the food is what sold me. They newly renovated the interior decor where they have their parties and I am sooo glad they did--it definitely brought the venue up 10 notches. I dealt with Mike Cetin the entire time and he was very attentive to my husband and my needs/requests. From the first meeting to the tasting and day of, he was superb. He answered everyone of my questions each time I would email him within a day or two. The day of our wedding, the entire staff, especially the maître d, was absolutely amazing and made my husband and I felt like royalty. They made sure we had whatever we needed and were there to lend a hand even after the event ended. Aside from the great staff, two other selling points of the Chart House are the stunning view and awesome food. The NYC view was killer which is one of the main reason why my husband and I chose the Chart House. You are literally engulfed in the scenery, I felt like we were literally in New York--that's how close it was. The food was so much better than any wedding food I ever had (not being biased or anything--just a fact :)); and while I was looking forward to eating their delicious chocolate lava cake, I was way to stuff to from grubbing on the amazing cocktail hour and entree. The pricing for the venue was excellent, especially for having the dope view of the city skyline in the backdrop. And I must add the view is way better than the Liberty House, which is waay over price. As apprehensive I was with their outdated decor, I would be a bit hesitant to recommend them; but with their newly updated interior--I would 100% without a doubt recommend anyone to host an event at the Chart House. Definitely thee diamond in the rough of venues!!

I just had my wedding on June 14 at the Chart House. My husband and I loved NYC and we wanted a great view for our wedding. Not only was the view spectacular, but the food is A M A Z I N G. We worked with Mike C. the whole way from seeing the venue to getting the menu set up. Mike is super communicative, and knows what he is doing. I didn't question anything with him. The food was RAVED about from all my guests. If you are looking for a view of NYC and good value for your money, look no further. The Hyatt in Jersey City has NOTHING on the Chart House. The staff is great, the food is great, the view is awesome. We have nothing bad to say about the Chart House. We will continue to eat there for years to come and remember the wonderful time they helped us with.

I never would have expected such great service from a venue. From planning with Maria to working with our banquet captains the day of, everyone at the Chart House made everything work so seamlessly and effortlessly. A control freak, I knew I would have a hard time letting other people manage my day for me, but I soon learned that I could just let go and have fun. Maria was so accommodating and responsive. She really made it her job to make our day the exact way we envisioned it. And the whole night, our banquet captains made sure my husband and I had everything we wanted, even reminding us to eat throughout the night  Plus, all of our guests raved about how the great the food was and of course, the view! My husband and I have planned to celebrate all of our anniversaries at the Chart House Restaurant.

Everything we expected

My guests loved the location and the food provided! The cocktail hour food as well as the dinner menu were unforgettable. Since it didn't rain, my guests were also able to go out onto the balcony to take photos which they were very happy about. The parts that I was not impressed with is the lack of organization at the beginning of the night when the staff were setting up the ceremony space inside. Some workers were letting my guests into the space before the room was ready, and others were told to wait near the bar. There was also a time crunch to get the rooms ready because there was another party before ours which needed to be cleaned up. Also, the person I had been in contact with for a year (who was great!) was not in charge the night of the wedding. I did not meet the person who was in charge until the night of the wedding, so it seemed like he wasn't quite on the same page as me. After telling him the night's order of events including a surprise speech for my husband, he repeated the list as a final check in front of my husband a little later including the surprise! So I was very annoyed because he gave the surprise away. Overall, the other servers and bartenders were great and all of my guests as well as us enjoyed the night, so we were happy with the party.

The food and service at Chart House were impeccable. Our catering coordinator was very professional, organized, and worked well with us. Several of our guests commented about the high quality of the food, service, and the spectacular view of the NYC skyline. My favorite touch was that they had the wait staff come through during dinner and take drink orders so that our guests didn't have to wait in line at the bar! Thanks for a fantastic night!

We had our Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception at the Chart House on 9/23/11. They did a fantastic job, the night went by like a dream, guided by their expert staff. I didn't need to worry about a thing and felt like a Princess, so well taken care of. My friends were all blown away by the level of service and the excellent food ("this was the best wedding we've ever been to"). It was the perfect place for us. I would especially like to say how Maria Garzon (our Banquet Manager) was really fabulous to work with, and clearly understands the business and the value of great customer service.

My daughter's wedding at the Chart House was wonderful. Mike Cetin was great at helping us organize the reception from start to finish. The service was the best. They had a fabulous cocktail hour, with an open bar. guests were able to have drinks on the balcony overlooking NYC and the Empire State Building. The meal was good , but not fantastic. Strip steak could have been improved on in the kitchen. Overall we had a very positive experience

We planned a very classic wedding. We wanted that old New York/Rat Pack feel, and we picked a perfect setting. The view of New York City from the Chart House is breathtaking. The food is fabulous. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The service is impeccable. We highly, highly recommend this venue.;Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect!
