We received so many compliments on the food. People were even raving about the appetizers. The tables were set beautifully and Natalie did a great job helping us determine what type and color of linens and china to use. She also helped us put the menu together which was very helpful. The service was great throughout the night and the staff did an amazing job to make sure we didn't have to worry about a thing. They were a huge part of making the evening perfect.

decisions about everything - timelines, decor, room arrangements, lighting, etc. They lent their professional knowledge and worked in unison with all other vendors to bring my vision to life. On top of it all the food, drinks, desserts, service, and presentation were all phenomenal. They took a budget and made it seem like it was at least twice as much to our guests. Everything tasted great and everything else was executed with great taste.

Our kids wanted a biscuit bar and even though Chartwells hadn't done one before, they quickly agreed to give us whatever we requested and it was a huge hit. Natalie has an education in Hospitality Management and experience in areas ranging from restaurants to hotels.
