Working with this team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Michelle and Julie both felt deeply invested in our day in a way that went far beyond just planning and coordination. Michelle was incredible from start to finish. Her organization, clarity, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand what mattered most to us and made sure every element reflected that. It never felt transactional, she truly cared about our experience and brought everything together with so much intention and precision. Julie brought such warmth and heart to the entire experience. She made us feel seen and supported in such a genuine way. The moments we shared with her, especially right before the reception, are something we will always remember. Her poem was such a thoughtful and personal gesture that added something truly special to the day. The center itself is beautiful, but what made it unforgettable was how everything was handled with care. The ambiance, the setup, and the way the entire event flowed felt natural and elevated at the same time. Our photos turned out beautifully and really captured the feeling of the day. It genuinely felt like Michelle, Julie, and the entire team treated our wedding as if it mattered to them personally. That level of care made all the difference, and we are so grateful. We would recommend them without hesitation.

They assisted every step of the way, offered great advice and strategically organized the tiny details needed to plan a large wedding. The venue speaks for itself, and working with such great planners all the better. I would HIGHLY recommend the Chase Center for any event, especially a wedding! We can’t thank them and the staff enough for making our wedding dreams come true.

Very nice venue, with great service. Although, on the higher side price-wise. Food tasted good, even though choices were somewhat 'fancier' than we're used to. It was nice that th...

e cost of the wedding package included floral centerpieces and custom cake, but we could still work with the vendors (a select few choices) ourselves. We were disappointed about the construction of the Westin, which began after we booked, which eliminated the grand entrance way. Parking was somewhat difficult because there was a Blue Rocks Game at the same time (shared lot), but we had a shuttle for guests to/from the hotel which helped.
