nning so much easier than I was expecting it to be. The owner Isreal Moe was the first person we talked to when we were looking at booking the venue. He gave us a tour and answered all the questions that we had at the time. He always responded promptly when we emailed with questions and made time to meet whenever we asked. We also worked with the director of group sales Allison Hopkins. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure that every detail was planned and taken care of as well as taking us on another tour. They both made sure our day ran smoothly. The catering and serving staff at the Chase was also wonderful. We got so many compliments from our guests about the food. We also had our grooms dinner there and it was wonderful as well. There staff really knows how to take care of you. I am so happy we chose this beautiful and historic location to celebrate our wedding.

tations of COVID but Megan was still very accommodating. Even with a last minute ceremony location change, we had a phenomenal wedding experience. The Chase on the Lake resort staff were so kind and easy to work with. We can’t say enough about how smoothly our wedding day went. The staff treated us like family and took care of everything we could possibly need over our whole wedding weekend. If given the opportunity to do it again we would choose Chase on the Lake every time to host our wedding!

ue shopping, we knew it would be the perfect place for us. We maintained close contact with Colette over the course of our wedding planning and she was consistent and worked hard to accommodate all of our thoughts and ideas. We got married on October 7, 2017 on the cottage lawn. We booked the cottage for our close family and friends and the night before the wedding we hosting a cook out grooms dinner and hosted all of our family and friends who were in town the night before for drinks and a bonfire. The day of, the Chase staff was superb in working with our day or planner and our vendors. We brought in our talented friends and musicians for our reception dance party in the ballroom. In the days and weeks after the wedding, the Chase staff had excellent communication with us to resolve all outstanding matters. We heard nothing but positive reviews from all of our guests, and we are looking forward to going back next weekend for our anniversary (Chase offers a discounted one year anniversary stay!!) Hands down recommend Chase for events and weddings!

he views of Leech Lake spectacular, the ballroom required very little decoration, it is elegant in it's own right. I have been told by several people that our food was the best they have ever had at a wedding! Having the bowling alley open to entertain young guests at our reception was appreciated by the parents and was fun for all! I would have to say that the worst part of our experience was the front desk staff and how rude they treated not only me, but also our guests when calling for reservations. Wrong prices were charged, some insisted that there was a 2 night minimum when we had established early on with our planner that there would not be a minimum. Also, this would not be a venue that I would recommend to those on a budget. The cost was a little higher than I would have liked, but overall a great experience!
