We booked with Joyce on the Chateau side and she and EVERYONE there was wonderful from the get! So sweet, so patient. She knew that the process was incredibly overwhelming for me and made me feel more comfortable about booking.
I was so pleased with the service and kindness of this venue! I am also SO HAPPY we booked the Four Seasons room versus on the Chateau side. The Chateau Del Mar is GORGEOUS, do not get me wrong but I loved that we had our own separate part of the venue. The only people on our side was our people from the wedding. The bar tenders were FANTASTIC, the service was speedy!! I cannot say ENOUGH about how happy I was with my day.
I did not want a wedding. I found them to be a waste of time, and now I am SO happy my husband made sure we had one. I was gifted one of THE BEST memories of my life. Thank you Kim and Hickory Hills Country Club. We are blessed to have found you!

I have never ever felt so wonderful about doing business with a company. They made everything happen for us while respecting our budget, from the food to the napkin folds and everything inbetween they far surpassed our expectations. From the managers to all of the staff to the owner they were all wonderful throughout the process and made me feel like a queen on my wedding day. f I could go anywhere else again I would certainly go back to this business, again, I can't say how much I enjoyed having our wedding with them they were just absolutely wonderful I thank them from the bottom of my heart they made our wedding day so so so special! nice and very easy to work with. They are very accommodating to any personalizing you would like to do to the venue. The food was really good, and they actually served an extra plate we did not choose or pay for, but hey it was free and delicious. There was a wedding going on next door and we did not hear their music interrupting our wedding. They handled everything and I can truly say I had a blast at my own wedding. Joyce, in particular. she was so real and just pleasant to work with. because of her kindness, we were able to use the larger room. Our guests enjoyed the room, but weren't crazy about the washrooms downstairs. (there was an elevator...so not a big deal)
anyways, we would highly recommend this venue. the staff made the reception easy and were very attentive.
