Vendor Policy:
We maintain a flexible vendor policy. All vendors must provide Liability Insurance at least 60 days before the event. While the use of our Valet Vendor is required, you are free to hire outside professional vendors for other services.
Wedding/Event Coordination:
All events at Chateau Escondido require a Professional Event Planner on-site. Our in-house Wedding/Event Planner, with 20 years of experience, offers tailored three-tiered packages to meet your needs.

ors to the site. The site ended up being everything and more on our day. As of leading up to our day, was definitely very difficult process. We were first dealing with the property manager Jessica and we loved her in the beginning. She also gave me a wedding coordinator recommendation. About 3 months later in April of 2023, we were passed off to 2 other ladies that were also part of the property management team, that we have never met before. After April of 2023, we never heard from Jessica again. In addition, the wedding coordinator she recommended, ended up going AWOL and not being very communicative with me. This wedding coordinator had every excuse under the sun on why she AWOL and had not reached out to me via my cell phone, but had no problem contacting the venue immediately when I sent in a compliant about their preferred vendor. I had to find a new wedding coordinator and throw away 1500 dollars. Then, the site yet again, had another person running the property management and told us that Jessica no longer worked there, which ended up not being the case as her husband reached out the week of the wedding, stating that I still owed half the money, that I had already paid and sent in receipts to the guy I was talking to since January. The communication between everyone who works for this venue was poor and completely unorganized. The reason for 3 stars is that our wedding turned out amazing, due to the new wedding coordinator working in the background with this venue, and how we were able to have this venue for 4 days. I suggest that they become more organized around staff and their wedding couples so they can continue to grow as a wedding venue in the future.

o extremely well priced considering the other venues make my clients use their “preferred vendors” which cost an arm and a leg. Has quickly become my go to for brides and corporate events and conferences! I love that we always have comfortable great spacious rooms that all have their own bathrooms and the staff is responsive to any requests any of my clients have had, even unusual or unreasonable ones! I never feel like we are micromanaged during our event and they have a great rain plan :)
