just about 100% outdoors, which was exactly what we wanted. We were also able to stay onsite in the suite overlooking the courtyard, which was perfect for getting ready and staying for the wedding weekend. The all-inclusive package (w/ bar, catering, linens, some decor, etc.) was perfect for planning a destination wedding relatively stress free, and Messina's catering was delicious. It certainly wasn't the cheapest route we could have taken, but we decided it was worth it. Like many places over the last year, the venue and catering groups experienced a fair bit of staffing turnover, so there were some hiccups and miscommunications, but they worked with us to resolve issues and made sure everything came together in the end.

utes before sunset and had some natural light and some from candles/string lights. The Courtyard is so dreamy! I’m so happy we had beautiful weather so we could see the romantic lights and sky above. We had ~60 people and plenty of space! The photos / 3D tour don’t do it justice. Its so much bigger and cuter IRL! The dance floor was packed, so I’d recommend not putting too much furniture (highboys/tables/chairs etc) outside. We fell in love with the space and I can’t wait to see the photos!! Also, we had a Welcome Reception & Farewell Brunch on the Conti Patio/newly renovated dining room. This was an amazing choice - the space was new, clean, and bright! The dining room area had drinks on one end and the food on the other end with tables in the middle. The outdoor area had some patio furniture and was pool-side. We even ended up taking photos there after the ceremony! Lots of open space, especially with the doors open between the dining room and the patio. Food & Drink: Chateau LeMoyne uses Messina’s Catering and Events for all of their catering — see their page for reviews. Spoiler: Chef Mark and Messina’s was really what won us over for choosing this venue! :) Planning: There was quite a bit of personnel turnover during our planning despite only working with them for 10 months. Despite the change in people who we were working with, it was pretty seamless! People: The bridal attendant who assisted us during the wedding, Debbie, is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. She’s a pro, thats for sure! She knew what I needed before I knew. And she was a lot of fun! Again, due to turnover, we didn’t really have a relationship with folks at Chateau LeMoyne - for the most part, everyone we interacted with was from Messina’s. Hotel: The wedding reception and associated events was excellent - my ONLY hesitation in giving this a full 10/10 is the hotel and room reservation process. Booking rooms for guests wasn’t as easy as we’d expect it to be for a well-established chain like IHG/Holiday Inn. Every single guest who booked through our wedding block had an issue and I’m not exaggerating. I’m not entirely sure whether the issue was through the parent company or the hotel (IHG vs. Chateau LeMoyne). But unfortunately, Chateau LeMoyne’s Sales Coordinator who was our point-of-contact for hotel rooms wasn’t very helpful to resolve those issues. The hotel rooms were great, especially our suite above the courtyard (so big!!), but the process to book them with the discount block rate was a challenge.

We had a destination wedding and I had never seen the venue in person. It did not disappoint. Our whole stay at the hotel was great. I can’t sing their praises enough! She helped us pivot our wedding date from May to July, made sure all reservations were promptly and easily switched, and she helped us get the proper safety protocols in place so that we could celebrate, in the midst of a pandemic, with our families and closest friends. Ashley, with Louisiana Catering Company, was such a treat to work with, as well. She brought such a calming presence to the entire weekend, and she set up little surprises for us and our guests. Not to mention, the food was delicious! The Bienville suite is the perfect room for a bride to get ready in. It is beautiful, large, private, and has a balcony that overlooks the courtyard. We loved it so much, we took our family photos in there! Everything about the weekend was impeccable. It was so stressful, trying to maneuver through a wedding during Covid-19, and I couldn’t have done it without the help of Paige, Ashley, and the staff at Chateau LeMoyne. Seriously, they are the best. They genuinely care about their brides and grooms, their guests, and I can say we are lucky to call them our friends. We will be coming back for years to come.

Paige's tour of the property included numerous details about the properties history and unique architectural features. honestly, she made our choice easy, as few of the other properties/venues we viewed while in town had anywhere near the same quality of staff. Many places we visited were staffed by folks who came across as salesmen/women, while Paige and her staff acted as professionals, returning our calls in a timely manner, even with a hurricane looming. I own a small business, and I'm generally good at noticing other well-run businesses. This place has their process down pat. I'm so grateful to our wedding planner for encouraging us to give Chateau Lemoyne a try. We were leaning heavily toward a plantation wedding until we saw the space and realized how much more convenient this location would be for our guests. Its large enough for all of our special people, but quaint enough to feel intimate. We've made our choice, And I'd encourage anyone looking closely at New Orleans as a destination to give Paige a call. If nothing else, she can walk you through the pros and cons of her location. dding. We started planning months before COVID, however once COVID came, I was a wreck. Paige and Ashley were PHENOMENAL. They answered every question I had and even thought of things I didn't. The Bienville Suite is worth every penny! We used their list of recommended vendors, and they DID NOT disappoint!! The food= AMAZING. I was so bummed with the COVID restrictions but both Ashley and Paige reassured me that our wedding would be perfect and it was. The entire staff was amazing and our guests are still talking about their stay almost 2 months later. We cannot wait to go back and visit. Thank you to Paige, Ashley and the entire staff!

My husband was skeptical but after meeting Ashley, Paige and Ms. Linda (chef) - he was sold and just as excited as me. Then the shutdowns and social distancing began. The Chateau team was the most patient and supportive team a bride could ask for. Paige (Sales Manager) is the absolute best - kind, accommodating and patient. Ashley with Louisiana Catering Co. Bar and Bistro was simply amazing - kind, gracious and accommodating. Y’all, I have the nerve to request 25 lbs of crawfish for our welcome event three days before the wedding to surprise my then husband and she came through! Mind you, the city was under a hurricane watch. The hotel itself is quite lovely and the courtyard itself is so perfectly splendid. The food was to die for, my guests are still raving. The brunch menu is exquisite AND they even had options for my bridesmaid who is vegan. We had an unlimited mimosa bar and the bartenders were the bestest (we love Josh and Gavin, especially Josh). Their vendor list is awesome. I found my wedding planner (Donna Bruner with Revel Events Co.) from their list, which was a big help, seeing that I was planning a destination wedding from FL. The Bienville suite is GORGEOUS! It is perfect, seriously. I could go on and on really. You cannot go wrong with Chateau. If your questioning, just stop. Go ahead and say yes. I promise you won’t regret it.

The Bienville Suite is the perfect place for a bride to prepare for the wedding day & the balcony overlooking the courtyard makes for beautiful pictures. Paige did a good job of keeping us up -to-date on the hotel logistics & coordinating the rooms for our guests, etc.. The stay was wonderful for all! However, I do not have sufficient words for the appreciation we have for Ashley of Louisiana Catering Company & her staff. Ashley displayed top notch professionalism, attention to detail, and treated us as VIPs. Without Ashley, our wedding would not be nearly as perfect as it was. She attended to every detail that I did not even think of & took care of it. She took time to get to know us & what we truly wanted for the day -- and made sure she delivered. She anticipated questions/concerns we had before we could even articulate them & already had the issue taken care of. She was a very calming presence in a chaotic time with the COVID outbreak in full effect for our 7/25/2020 wedding date. She promised it would be perfect -- and it was. I cannot provide high enough praise for her & all of her efforts! In addition to Ashley, the staff itself from Louisiana Catering were all extraordinary. Miss Linda, the chef -- delivered the most amazing New Orleans dinner. Her food is absolutely incredible & our wedding would not be the same without her! Also, Josh the Bartender added a level of fun to our trip. His outgoing personality & ability to connect with each guest is truly a gift. He made our small wedding with a total of 16 guests into a fun party for all to remember.

ovember 30, 2019! I was an out of state bride and New Orleans was chosen for our destination wedding. I researched day in and out to find my dream venue. Chateau LeMoyne was chosen and did not disappoint. Paige Davis is who I initially spoke to about what the hotel offered for weddings. I told her my vision and she was beyond helpful, patient, and understanding with me. Paige ALWAYS responded to my emails immediately, no matter how many I sent. We spoke on the phone periodically also. She is a delight to work with. I met Ashley towards the end of my planning and she is amazing also. Ashley accommodated all my ideas and changes to my ideas. She made me feel like royalty by saying, “You’re the bride. We want to make sure you’re happy!” Shane was my head waiter on my wedding day! Shane is a gem! He is one of the GREATEST EMPLOYEES at this hotel. Shane spent the entire weekend assisting in every aspect of our dining experiences at Chateau LeMoyne. He always had a smile on his face and made sure we had everything we needed and asked for. Shane is simply amazing. All of the front desk staff and valet staff were wonderful and friendly. I can’t say enough great things about my weekend Wedding experience at Chateau LeMoyne! I can’t forget the waitress that worked with Shane in the restaurant with the gorgeous eyes (sorry I forgot your name), she was so sweet and kind. Thank you everyone for making my wedding one to remember. Chateau LeMoyne and the staff will always hold a special place in our hearts!

instead of cake we had beignets prepared. There was suppose to be a beignet display with all the sauces served on the side. The display was never set up and there was no announcement that they were being served. The servers came out with the beignets on silver trays. They looked lovely but all the sauces have been drizzled over them. After the caterer realized that there was suppose to be a display they quickly apologized and offered for a display to be set up. Bat this point it was too late and the wedding was almost over. I declined . Over all I give four stars.

that was Hurricane Berry looming over our wedding weekend, it's safe to say that I was a wreck. all I could worry about the days leading up to the day was the weather. As soon as my husband and I arrived to the venue that thursday afternoon, Paige was there to greet us. Im sure she could see the worry in my face, because she immediately reassured me that they were hard at work ensuring a wedding happens on Saturday. They began prep early, had meetings with the team to touch base, and actually seemed excited about a hurricane wedding. Paige and Erika (with Louisiana Catering Company)along with the entire catering company worked tirelessly to help keep me calm and make sure we had our wonderful wedding. The team at Chateau Lemoyne made our guests that came in despite the weather feel like VIPs. Everyone was raving and is still raving today. I'm so so grateful I chose this venue because from the sounds of what I heard around the city, im not sure another venue would have gone to such lengths to make our weekend special. And some would've cancelled our event altogether. we were so lucky with the weather. Our day wouldn't be near as memorable as it was without this amazing team cheering us on and making it so incredible. Chateau Lemoyne has a very special place in our hearts forever now and we have a new favorite hotel in New Orleans. We will be eternally grateful for the ladies that took such wonderful care of us. There were so many sweet gestures and special touches that made us feel so touched. The hotel even provided rooms for the wedding staff to make sure they were able to be at venue the day of should the weather have been rough. The catering company is Top Tier for sure. they checked on us continuously throughout the event to make sure we had drink and that we were able to enjoy the wonderful food. A bride and groom eating at their wedding- How novel! But seriously this team both hotel and the catering company are true professionals and they're so much fun to work with. Our guests loved the creative ideas they came up with to embrace the hurricane theme. I could go on and on. But I truly get emotional thinking about how wonderful they were to us in an extremely stressful situation. Paige is SOOOO Incredible to work with. Now what are you waiting for? BOOK THIS VENUE, ALREADY!!!

with and was always available for questions/information when I needed her to be. We were married in the evening in the courtyard, which was absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfect, the chairs were set up perfectly, the last minute runner we ordered was done perfectly, we needed a handicapped ramp which they provided without hesitation, and Paige and Cecilia ensured that all of our floral arrangements were in the exact spot we wanted them to be, including our lanterns. We had our dinner in the adjoining ballroom, which again, was perfectly set up. We had a smaller wedding with only 50 people including ourselves, but Paige and Cecilia made sure everything we asked of them was done and was done impeccably. Additionally, we were both pretty laid back about the wedding (didn't want a huge to-do) and Paige really took the reins when I asked for her opinion/judgment. She wasn't afraid to tell me what she thought and wasn't afraid to help. Again, we're from out of town and we arrived with only two days to spare before the wedding, but Paige made herself MORE than available and made sure to meet with us, ensure we were happy and that all of our requests were met. The waiting room/bar area was also set up exactly to our specifications. Cecilia was with us every step of the way, making sure we, as the couple of honor, were happy, making sure we ate, and always checking up on us to see if there was anything we needed. My guests (again, all from the north east), RAVED about the food. There was a last minute catering change before we got married, but the new caterer NAILED it and they stuck to the price point we were originally given. My personal favorite was the catfish, holy smokes was that delicious! My husband and I have been to New Orleans a number of times before this and the caterer really captured the spirit of New Orleans flavor and southern food, and we couldn't be happier. The hotel also hosted a brunch the next day, which was also so damn delicious!! The cajun eggs benedict was insanely good and the shrimp cocktail was on point. Despite the changes in catering, the hotel and their staff did not miss a single beat. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a better group of people to help with our wedding. If I could do it all over again, I would pick the same place. Not only did they make sure we were happy, they encompassed the essence of New Orleans, which is really what we wanted. We had a wedding full of love and that wouldn't have been possible without the assistance of everybody at Chateau LeMoyne. Thank you so much!! I recommend this place to everyone I can think of for any sort of event or even just to stay. If this is a place on your list of venues, just stop looking right here because it's perfect!

Despite going through some transitions with staff and catering throughout our planning process, I never once felt neglected or anything less than important and Paige kept the lines of communication wide open. The new caterer Hans makes AMAZING food that our guests are still raving about. The event space gives you a lot to work with (courtyard, ballroom and Royal room) and the courtyard is so charming as it is so it doesn't need much by way of decorations. The venue provides candles to line the courtyard which is such a nice touch for an evening event. Our guests were comfortable in the hotel and the location is great. Our suite was gorgeous and we felt spoiled from the moment we checked in! We are already looking forward to our next trip back and reliving our wonderful memories!

One thing I wish I would have done is a food tasting because I probably would have made different dinner choices. Paige handled the situation with such professionalism, and Chateau Le Moyne found a replacement caterer whose food is some of the best I've ever tasted. The guests at are wedding raved about the food all night, and are still talking about it a week later. The facilities are absolutely beautiful, and they are super private. I would recommend it to anyone and wish we could do it all over again!

When we first contacted Paige at Chateau LeMoyne we were only looking for hotel accommodations and planned to get married at a chapel, but as time went on we decided to change our venue to the courtyard at Chateau LeMoyne. Paige helped us with booking our suite and our guest accommodations. We did not bring any decorations, because we were leaving for our honeymoon the very next day but the ceremony and reception was beautiful with the simplicity of the hurricane candles and votives that were provided along with a few extra touches that Megan and the RF Restaurant Staff added on. The food was some of the best food we've ever had, even our vegan friends and family raved about the dishes we had prepared for them. Our suite was amazing, the staff was amazing, the food was amazing, our wedding was amazing, our friends and family were very pleased with their accommodations, and we can't wait to go back to visit New Orleans and stay at Chateau LeMoyne!

g to end the team was flawless in executing our wedding. First get the Bienville Suite over the courtyard A Must!! Our 30 or so guests loved the property and the proximity to Bourbon St. and all the action. Rooms were clean and updated and the service was fantastic. Coordination with our second line, Our Gospel Choir and everyone else involved was flawless and special requests such as champagne in plastic flutes for our guests for the Second Line were accommodated without question. Food was great and overall our ceremony and wedding was a memory that every single guest said was something they would never forget and was hands down the best wedding they had ever been to. From a budget perspective we got great value. We opted to ship down our own candles and bought some flower petals (plastic) and saved thousands doing this instead of flowers and hiring someone. We even added some lights to the trees which are still there. A gift from us to future weddings. I couldn't imagine it being more perfect. Our entire decoration budget was about $600 as the venue is stunning on its own. We bought 2 JBL extreme speakers for $600 and created a playlist and had background music (perfect) and used these for our first dance. We are not cheap people but being a second wedding you know that DJ's and flowers and that stuff is such a waste of money. We spent it on the Second Line (Jazzman) and the Spirit of New Orleans Gospel Choir. One thing to consider is you have to shut down at 10pm. Knowing this we had it wrapped up and then we all headed out to Frenchman Street to dance to some live music and enjoy NOLA. If this is a destination wedding people don't want to sit around a ballroom with a bunch of guests at a wedding They can do that at home. They want to experience why you chose that city. We had a simple, elegant wedding in their courtyard and the whole hotel was beautiful.

, Megan and Dana made sure that the day was absolutely perfect for us in every way. We made use of the Garrett and Creole Suites and rented the courtyard for first look and family pictures. I cannot say enough great things about this wonderful staff and their gorgeous hotel! Everyone our guests encountered worked to make the weekend perfect and I'm so happy to have been able to work with this team!

Trying to organize and plan for 40+ guests traveling in from Chicago was a bit stressful but Adrienne, Paige and Dana made me feel so at ease and were so incredibly helpful with everything! They were prompt in responding to all my emails, questions and phone calls and truly went above and beyond for me and all my guests. There were a couple bumps in the road, which is expected with any wedding, and they handled them without even flinching and made sure we had everything we needed or everything was corrected and fixed, even going above and beyond for errors that had absolutely nothing to do with them. The rest of the staff at the Chateau LeMoyne were amazing as well, all of concierge were so helpful in providing suggestions and help with whatever our guests needed as most had never been to New Orleans before and wanted tips and ideas on what to explore and see. Truly, you will absolutely not regret entrusting the team here to help make your special day perfect! Although we did not have our actual wedding festivities here, it is a beautiful location and with how perfect they handled our room block, I can only imagine how amazing they would be planning a wedding. I am already counting down the days until we can visit next year for our 1 year anniversary. Thank you so so so much!!

We turned the courtyard into the dance floor after the ceremony which was perfect and used their iron tables along with bringing in a few cocktail tables for people to sit and join in the party even if they weren't dancing. The food was amazing. Our guests are still raving about the fact it was the best wedding food they have every had. We also did a seafood pirogue with shrimp, oysters, and crab claws that people loved and would highly recommend adding that to yours as well. I did have my own wedding planner that worked very closed with the people here and they were wonderful throughout the planning process. The tasting and walk throughs went flawlessly. And the location is perfect in the french quarter. We had a lot of out of town guests so it was perfect that they could stay here and just walk downstairs for the wedding and we were in the heart of the quarter so we all went out after the reception. Our friends loved the hotel and the rooms which are beautifully decorated. My husband and I stayed in the bienville suite for 2 nights and that's where I got ready with my bridesmaids and I would recommend you do the same. The even had options for room service the day of our wedding with a salad, breakfast pastries, cheese and crackers, champagne, coffee and water. This was the perfect option for us. Also the front desk was great about handing out our welcome bags for our out of town guests. I highly recommend this location for your wedding as well. Our wedding was everything we could've hoped for here.

Both of them guided us along for months through the room block process. Both were friendly, efficient, competent, and patient as we asked many questions and made many changes. All their hard work paid off beautifully - we encountered no problems whatsoever with our reservations and all of us were MORE than satisfied with our stay! As far as the weekend itself, we loved our entire experience at Chateau LeMoyne from start to finish! It was incredibly busy at the hotel that weekend (they were at capacity and I think they hosted 3 weddings while we were staying there!), but we never felt slighted or treated in any other way but as treasured guests. The front desk staff members we encountered were superb - true professionals (Roy was particularly personable and engaging). The valet parking staff members were energetic, thorough, careful with our cars, and very considerate. More than once they got us out of a pickle when we needed our cars ASAP! We appreciated each one of them and their professionalism. The hotel building itself is historic, which is charming and so appealing. The rooms were tastefully updated, cool, clean and comfortable. The breakfast (not the buffet, but rather the a la carte menu) was delicious. The pool and poolside were clean and beautiful. There was always a carafe of cold, fresh drinking water in the lobby. I could go on and on about the things we loved about Chateau LeMoyne. But the highlight for us undoubtedly was concierge Ryan Waguespack. Ryan took care of us as though we were VIPs (which we surely weren't!) He bent over backwards helping us in the business office, he assisted the grandparents in our group on several occasions, he scored us a last-minute dinner reservation at Broussard's Restaurant, he schlepped our bags, he told us jokes, gave us advice and ideas, all with a smile on his face, and while working overtime for a sick colleague. Ryan went above and beyond to make our stay at Chateau LeMoyne better than we'd ever expected or hoped for. For ALL this (and more), we can give this hotel our highest recommendation when staying in the French Quarter - for any reason! We'll be back and so will our guests.

lity staff to work with. I'm giving it two stars because there was some serious breakdown in all the planning that went into the wedding. One thing that really bothered me was the rudeness of Richard Fiskes ....( which is the company you have to use for your catering if you plan on having your wedding at Chateau Lemoyne) On multiple occasions, they were extremely rude to our guests. My husband and I also came in before they knew we were the soon to be bride and groom and asked if we would like a table to sit down and have some lunch? We said yes. The bartender who also sat us, said.."sit wherever you like.." So, we headed towards a round booth table that was secluded and romantic... the bartender yelled across the restaurant that we could not sit there. (apparently the booths were only allowed to be sat in during dinner.) On other days, staff were just sitting around and chatting and didn't seem to care if you were waiting for them to come take your order....my whole family waited on their food for over an hour and a half and had to leave without eating and just paid for their drinks because we had wedding obligations. Richard Fiske's is shocking horrible. Onto the wedding....Right after our nuptials I noticed that our reception room was not set up. There were no candles on the table, no knives...Nothing! I ran over to a friend and told him to please go have the staff set up the tables. When doing so, the staff coordinator apologized and stated that none of her staff showed up for the reception. Why isn't there a plan B if staff doesn't show up? And furthermore, why should I have to worry about your staff not showing up on my wedding day??? I had plates everywhere that weren't being picked up, food not being replaced when my guests were hungry, and an overall complete dysfunction. The open bar that I paid for top shelf, well they ran out of everything. And I mean, they ran out of Coke, Sprite, vodka....everything......My guests were trying to create a mixed drink on what they had left. It was awful. The bartender would leave for 30 minutes or so at a time, going god knows where, and I had guests walking behind the bar to serve themselves. It was actually quite comical about how bad it was. I'm writing this review over a year later because my husband and I still to this day can't get over how bad it was. I wish we would have known....Don't have your wedding here.

edding but planning was a breeze with the help of Margaret, Megan, and Dana. Their food and drinks are fantastic and the location couldn't be any better. Thank you for making our wedding the best day of our lives!

Her personality and friendliness, the immediate connection I felt, truly helped me to decide this was the right choice for me and my guests. Being a destination wedding from New Jersey, you really have to put trust and faith into your vendors. She assured me it would be perfect and would help me in any way she could. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns, and boy I had a lot! She responded immediately to all my emails and calls ​being sure to remind me I was never a bother. She was able to help us establish our room blocks for guests as well as helping us to find the perfect suite to host ​us​​. Throughout the booking process, I must have emailed Margaret and Dana Mathieu a ton. Every single time, it was met with immediate response and helpfulness. They both were so great and you could tell that they​ wanted to alleviate any hiccups along the way​​​. My guests were all so impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the beautiful rooms and the closeness to everything in the French Quarter. My husband and I were blown away by the Bienville Suite to stay in with our two children. It was historic and elegant with lots of room for brida​l prep.,​​ not to mention a perfect place to have family come and hang out during our trip. Being greeted with champagne and an overall eagerness to ​make us happy was so appreciated. I am overly pleased with our stay and thankful we chose Chateau Le Moyne for our wedding accommodations. quickly, never skipping a beat! We booked a block at the hotel and used two suites there as our getting-ready suites for the girls and guys for our wedding. We also took pictures in the courtyards...seriously, this hotel is beautiful! For the past month, I've been telling everyone that will listen that if they go stay in New Orleans, they should stay at the Chateau LeMoyne...I know we will! The girls got ready in the Garrett Suite - it was huge and perfect for me, my 5 bridesmaids, the moms, the hairdressers/makeup artists, AND the photographers...PLUS it doubled as a great honeymoon suite! The guys got ready in one of the Creole Suites - which was perfect since it had 2 TVs for football watching! We even ate breakfast down at the buffet the morning-of (delicious!) and had food catered up while getting ready (also yummy!) Thank you to Margaret, Dana, and Megan for making this such a memorable experience and helping make our wedding so fabulous!!!!!

Quarter. When we saw the courtyard at Chateau LeMoyne, we knew it was the one. It is beautiful, intimate, in the heart of the French Quarter, and has Margaret and Megan to help you every step of the way. Whether it was having Tulane University's marching band lead everyone out of Chateau LeMoyne for the second line parade to having each ceremony chair have our special custom made programs placed the way we were hoping, Margaret and Megan pay attention to every little detail and execute everything with perfection. If you want to have a wedding with the most beautiful, private setting in the French Quarter, there is no point of looking any further, Chateau Lemoyne is it (the bridesmaid suite they have available is also the best we have seen in New Orleans). Thank you Margaret and Megan for making our special day perfect!

at home. The event staff went above and beyond to make sure that we could have the wedding of our dreams. The courtyard was beautifully designed, well-kept, and gorgeous beyond words. The food at the reception was delicious (my family still talks about it to this day.) The rooms were breathtaking and immaculate, and the entire hotel had this old-world New Orleans feel that immediately made you forget you were in the center of the modern, bustling French Quarter. It made for the perfect background for all of our wedding photos. We also had a brunch the morning of the wedding, and that also was taken care of perfectly. The space was perfectly set up. The entire wedding party was impressed and pleased with everything throughout the entire weekend, and I would highly recommend Chateau LeMoyne to any couple looking for a truly intimate, beautiful place where the staff really does place the customers first. From the stunning lobby and decorations, to the gorgeous pool, and to simply the unforgettable architecture, Chateau LeMoyne surpassed our expectations. My husband & I now have a place to spend our anniversaries for years to come!

with Margaret and her team, but the week leading up to our wedding Margaret went out of her way to help us tie up the loose ends on our long to-do list. From accepting wedding related packages for me at the hotel to personally greeting each of our guests Chateau Le-Moyne is one valuable team to have by your side during the hectic last few days of wedding planning! The helpfulness and professionalism of Margaret and her team was greatly appreciated by me as an 'out of town' bride.

faces the entire night, they should def be commended for their service. My reasoning for less stars was mostly the coordinator. 1. communication was very difficult with her, if I called she was unavailable almost every time and when I emailed her, she had some automated email that said something like she was busy working with brides that was sent back automatically but it took her at least 1-2 weeks to respond. 2. She changed the layout of the wedding without communicating with me. A couple of weeks before the wedding she emailed and asked if I wanted to add an additional time to the bar for cocktail hour, I declined and instead they would serve the champagne during that time. What was not communicated was that they would change it to a champagne bar and put the original bar into a room that I did not want it in. When I noticed hours before the wedding I asked if it could be changed back to what I had always said I wanted from day 1, I was just flat out and very rudely told no. It is def worth the extra money for an outside planner with this venue. Lastly, the bar ran out of Patron, when paying for a premium unlimited bar, they should not be running out of liquor.

husband and I by name, shook our hands, and looked us in our eyes. No one else had taken the time to do that (more like in and out introductions), and that is why it was love at first sight for us. It felt personal and just right. Second, I am an out of town bride that lives in the Greater New York City area and having a venue that was readily available to answer any of my questions gave me a huge piece of mind. Additionally, when my guests were booking their rooms it was great to have someone at the hotel (Dana) who was so helpful during the reservation process, and even honored those last minute bookers who missed my hotel block deadline - like my dad and uncle! Third, from the time our actual wedding began to the end, my husband and I felt like royalty. We were treated so exceptional and the hotel staff was so accommodating. My family kept raving about everything from the rooms, to the front desk, to the bell boy, and room service; everyone truly felt like they were at home. Words can not express how grateful I am to Margaret, Megan (who led our catering and event details for my wedding) and team for making my wedding experience and day so special. I can not thank them enough and they are truly a gem for a fun, beautiful wedding (that is affordable) in the heart of the French Quarter. Worth every penny that we spent.
