y stunning, beautifully designed, easy to locate, and perfect for making a great impression. My guests are still talking about the décor and overall atmosphere! The space is also very spacious and comfortably accommodated my entire group.
If you are looking for a venue that delivers both elegance and excellent service, I highly recommend Chateau1870. You will not be disappointed!

h Lily, her smile, energy and informative nature was the best 1st impression. The delivery of her services were exactly what she delivered. My guest and family spoke most highly of her after our wedding. (BIG Thanks Lily 😊)
The team of food servers and photography were excellent! Affordable! And precise. Southern charm at its best. Easy to find, plenty of parking and beautiful landscapes. Just what we wanted to host our 2nd wedding ( that's another story) And most of all, the venues owner, James, was more than helpful, he was so understanding, kind and thorough; we felt like family. The space of the venue is awesome for any occasion! The upstairs area was a hit with my family and friends with the historical build and all the seating made it feel instantly comfortable for this formal event. We danced, ate, laughed and had a great time!
This will be the last time I get married for sure; but not the last time Chateau 1870 will represent our milestone life events.

The location is especially convenient for those coming from Southeast Atlanta, which made it easy for my guests. I also love the versatility of the indoor and outdoor spaces—they create the perfect atmosphere, and my guests thoroughly enjoyed both.
The team—especially Arlene and her staff—are consistently attentive, creative, accommodating, and professional. They truly go above and beyond to ensure every event runs smoothly. What impressed me most was their ability to pivot when needed while offering thoughtful recommendations throughout both the planning and execution process.
My mom absolutely loved her celebration, which meant everything to me. This venue is ideal for birthday parties, intimate gatherings, and curated events where you want a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
I’ve already recommended Château1870 to friends and family and will absolutely continue to do so. I’m looking forward to hosting more events here and working with Arlene and the team again.

We recently celebrated my daughter’s high school graduation at Chateau 1870, and I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue and the owners. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us.

in Dacula, I was stressed trying to find a venue only one month before graduation. I reached out to so many places by phone and message and barely got responses. Then I came across Chateau 1870 on Google and sent a message around 11 PM, to my surprise, the owners responded within minutes!
We scheduled a tour, and the moment I saw the venue, I knew it was the one. The space is absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of parking, the upstairs suite is amazing for teens to hang out, the downstairs has plenty of room for guests, and the outdoor area is truly magical.
When the day arrived, everything was perfectly prepared and ready for us. Our guests loved the venue, and the owners made the entire process so easy and stress-free.
Thank you for helping us create such special memories and for being one of the best venues in Gwinnett County. Highly recommend!

Arlene and James as the sole proprietors made us feel welcomed and listened and heard our vision for our wedding and they were truly committed to helping us achieve it. The coordinator Lily and here team were amazing on the day of our ceremony....
We had some hiccups but you never knew and Lily’s calm confident expertise stood out not only to us but to other guests as well. Arlene is amazing and the attention to detail to insure our wedding was top notch. James had to stand in last minute and officiate our ceremony and did a most memorable and meaningful and heartfelt ceremony. We cannot say enough about the beautiful ceremony we had here. . It’s a beautiful place and l immediately knew this place was it for ceremony. There is love, beauty and a special peace that we will always carry with us. Thank you Arlene , James and Lily and the entire team. You made our day memorable, and everything we wanted
