Chatham Hills was the perfect venue to host our big day. Meggin, Cassidy, and Kody were wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. Our guests were full of compliments about the staff’s professionalism, the delicious food, and, of course, the beauty of the venue. Would highly recommend! :)

Chatham Hills was the perfect choice for our wedding. Grace is a huge reason why the venue is as great as it is -- she's AWESOME! We had many questions throughout the process and she handled them all with such grace. A consideration for us in selecting our venue was parking accessibility, and Chatham Hills has ample (free) parking spaces! It was less than idea for my husband and I to have an outdoor wedding; we were very worried about getting rained out. That being said, the staff is well trained to prepare for those occasions, so they comforted us with their Plan B and Plan C! Something is always sure to go awry at a wedding, but Chatham Hills is excellent in making sure those wrinkles are handled quickly and professionally :)

This beautifully-furnished home makes a great base to enjoy your wedding weekend, located just north of the Clubhouse at the intersection of Tomlinson Road and 203rd Street. Wedding services offered by the Chatham Hills team include outdoor and indoor spaces for your ceremony and reception as well as get-ready rooms and on-site accommodations. Up to 200 guests may enjoy your festivities in this setting, which includes wheelchair-accessible features and wireless internet for the convenience and comfort of visitors. Chatham Hills was bad at communication during the planning phase. They helped execute the wedding well. Their golf course was all torn up just weeks before the wedding in preparati...

on for a golf tournament and I was not forewarned about that. There were some other things that were not up to our standards but they did make good on it and gave us some money back. So despite some of the issues, I was still able to have a perfect day!

The views and area for reception were gorgeous. However, the communication was terrible, it was extremely hard to talk with the coordinator and they didn’t reply in a timely manner...

. They lost some of my money that I paid them. They got my food/bev and linen wrong the week of the wedding and I had to deal with that. She gave tours during my allotted time making it impossible to find her and had people in my areas that I paid for. They also made charges to my debit card that I didn’t approve of.

y moving so seamlessly. We're absolutely floored with how perfect the day went, and Grace and her team are to thank for a huge part of that. We also rented out the Guesthouse on the grounds for our wedding party. Not only was it super convenient to already be on the grounds of the venue for the day of the wedding, but it was so beautiful we ended up getting ready there. It was so easy to work with Grace and her team at this beautiful venue, we would highly recommend Chatham to any brides looking in this area!!!

ct for the reception, and many guests shared how great they thought the food was! The planning process with Grace and Avery was also a breeze. They were so easy to work with and helped answer all the questions I had along the way. Lastly, we rented out the guest house and it made for such an easy weekend. Our wedding party was always just steps away from where they needed to be Friday - Sunday. We also catered dinner in to the guest house the night before for a casual rehearsal dinner with close family and friends. We would do it all over again and choose Chatham Hills in a heartbeat!

zed she is! And day of, Avery was incredible! Everything went so smoothly and again zero stress! Avery was very attentive and also super sweet! : ) The food was amazing. Everyone was raving about it. It was just a perfect day and if I had to do it again I'd still choose Chatham Hills.

scheduling everything, and she was incredibly supportive and reassuring throughout the entire process. Grace and her team communicated directly with our vendors when needed, which helped to make the planning a lot easier. The entire team at Chatham was fabulous, everyone was so wonderful both during the planning process and the day of the wedding. Our guests loved Chatham Hills too - we had so many rave reviews about the food being delicious and how much they loved the location. The club and its grounds are absolutely beautiful! We had an amazing wedding thanks to the team at Chatham Hills - it was the best day!
