I got married at the Harbor Hotel a few weeks ago and from the venue and location, accomodations, the staff...it was all amazing! Natalie, Karen, Anna, Liam and everyone that we wo...
rked with was so friendly, helpful, and wonderful, and it just made walking through the process of picking a venue and planning a wedding a BREEZE. We got married on the back patio overlooking the lake and the ceremony space was gorgeous, and the reception space worked perfectly for our large party. From the appetizers to dinner - everyone raved about the food! We also loved the convenience of guests being able to stay, so no one had to worry about driving afterwards. I would recommend the Harbor Hotel to anyone in search of the perfect lake-front wedding venue!!!
I cannot recommend the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel enough for a wedding!

hoose to use it. The reception space inside is large and can accommodate a large guest list. We had about 180 people and we had plenty of space to spread out. The cocktail hour space is spacious and right outside the room, and on a nice night your guests can even enjoy the patio during the festivities.
We were able to get some beautiful photos on the grounds of the property and you cannot beat the sunset pictures over the lake. The sunset here is incredible.
The hotel itself functions like a resort, so my guests didn't have to leave if they didn't want to. Most of my guests came and stayed for 2 or 3 nights and absolutely loved their time there & actually plan on returning on their own time for more weekends away. I also loved being able to have the ceremony, reception and hotel rooms all in one place. I didn't have to worry about shuttles or anything like that and also got to spend more time with my guests that arrived early/stayed more days.
The staff at the hotel is the BEST. Every single person that I worked with was so helpful and made sure that my day went smoothly and exactly as I wanted. Natalie, Samantha and Liam are absolute all stars but the wait staff, bartending staff, front desk - EVERYONE was so so nice and accommodating.
The prices were reasonable, especially for the quality. My guests were raving about the food. We loved the wide selection of hors d'oeuvres to pick from, they were all great. (Especially the swedish meatballs...everyone's favorite!) The food selections on the buffet were also fantastic and had something for everyone and were all delicious. I've been to weddings where the buffet food falls flat, but the hotel does a spectacular job cooking for a large group and the quality didn't suffer a bit even being on a buffet.
The planning process was smooth - they are easy to contact whenever you need them and happy to answer every little question you have along the way.
You will not regret having your wedding here. I just loved everything about it.

cation was and right on the water and how nice the hotel rooms were. Karen was great in communicating with us, especially with COVID happening and the changes occurring. I heard a lot of horror stories from friends getting married and their venues not be flexible and that is not at all what happened to us. We had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel for any event you have!
