elaxed, he just brings the best out of you - and you definitely see it in the photos. He communicates everything so clearly and when he gives you direction it all feels so natural, easy to follow and not pushy at all. And then there are the photos, which he also turns around so fast it seemed impossible… The mixed variety of styles, color to B&W, delicate to “fashion shoot”, ceremony and intimate moments to the party, it’s extraordinary that it all comes from just one person.

tistic eye (our photos are beyond what I could have hoped for), but he is also professional (1. punctual / responsive to all emails, 2. efficient / fast on his feet - he knew where to take photos during our first look and during our time before the ceremony to really capture the essence of the day, AND 3. extremely organized - he arrived at the wedding knowing every single family member's name, making family photos incredibly quick and painless).  He made everyone feel at home with his sense of humor and down-to-earth nature; he knows how to read the room and manage family dynamics.  He is also just a GOOD, genuine human being who feels like an old friend.  I could feel how happy he was for me and my husband to get to celebrate our day (we were a 3 year COVID delayed wedding!) - he was so understanding throughout our whole time together, despite 3 delayed wedding dates!  My husband and I actually had a baby before the wedding and he also did my maternity photos; it's been incredibly special to have Chaz a part of our major life milestones.  I'm going to miss working with him!   

G, but they were able to capture the most intimate moments without it feeling like there was a photographer there - he made us feel like we had just another great friend around us the entire day. Chaz was incredibly responsive, attentive, and professional; he totally got us. Many of our friends have told us that he "captured our personalities in the photos," which so many wedding photographers are not able to do. 12/10 would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

d one of my limbs to have Chaz shoot my wedding, except that he wasn't available." That seemed a bit hyperbolic, but once we started working with Chaz--and certainly when we got our photo portfolio after the wedding-- we totally understood why she recommended him so unreservedly. Chaz has an incomparable eye; he's organized and easygoing; his manner is disarming, positive, and light with the unique situations that come with family wedding pictures. He uses a pre-wedding survey that helped our conversation with him move smoothly, and also helped my husband and me ask our own more-detailed questions for our own planning purposes. He integrated well with the rest of our vendor team. He and his teammate Brian simply kicked ass on our wedding day, which included a surprise torrential thunderstorm that blew away our table settings and upended our planned itinerary. Somehow, Chaz and Brian captured everything beautifully, and at the same time were present to us and our needs and felt like reassuring friends who were there for us (Chaz helped me tie my neck-tie too). When the storm started, I have a distinct memory of Brian coming to find me and putting a cocktail in my hand. Yes! ... Our other vendors are as thrilled with the photos as we are. Best of all, along the journey, we found a real friend in Chaz, and that easy, friendly demeanor is I'm sure a key to what makes his photo work so damn good. Thank you, Chaz!

at, put us at ease immediately, and brought great energy to the day. My husband is a notorious photo-hater, and he loved our shoot with Chaz post-wedding. He said that when Chaz arrived to shoot him and his groomsmen pre-wedding, the getting ready process became even more fun and all nerves were alleviated. The initial photos he's sent to us have already convinced us that it was a success on film too--highly recommend!

stimated just how great he would be to work with on the day of. He wrangled our large families beautifully -- making it fun for the kids and comfortable for the older folks. And his infectious spirit really helped us get in the spirit of being at the center of the attention, which was not exactly our comfort zone. Most importantly, Chaz got US -- our sensibility and our style and he did a really brilliant job at both capturing the shots we wanted but also adapting his signature style to suit us. rfect fit. His work has already gotten so many compliments from our family and friends and we couldn't be happier. He is so talented as well as business professional which is a perfect combination. He knows what he's doing and knows how to get the job done without sacrificing any of his artistic creativeness. I can't wait to see the work he did at our wedding, but from the turn out of our engagement shoot, I know I will LOVE every single photo. There were so many amazing shots already that I can't even imagine what the photoshopped ones will turn out like. Highly recommend him to everyone and I can't wait to hire him for our pregnant shoot, family photos, etc!!
