CheapShots! Photography

Absolutely worst experience EVER & not to mention it was for my daughters wedding - Memories you want to look back on, now my daughter just cries because they are that bad!! I reached out looking for pricing I will admit cheapshots was responsive, seems friendly. They are a photographer company & should be good. Paid them, they disappeared! EXCEPT for their AUTO messaging they claimed was a real person. I continued to get DAILY text saying you should use us, let us be your photographer, we'll give you a discount, etc. remember I have ALREADY paid them & had this scheduled but here I am getting daily texts saying (we ripped you off). so I reach out for weeks,get a reply saying so sorry, I told them ,the auto crap Melissa to stop texting you,dont worry I gave you our best price). needless to say that never stopped so that was fun. I understand that technology doesnt always work I was annoyed that she insisted that it was a real person, when I am sure that a real person is not that dumb. The whole time they tell me you will have one of our best photographers, send us pinterest pics/boards to give us an ideas,etc. Great I do that with Amanda - the girl that is suppose to be our photographer and Wyatt the video guy for months. I gave them specific times that they needed to be there ,sent all sorts of things to give them of what we wanted and told them the 2 BIGGEST things I want on the video is when they come out of the temple and when they do the burn out when they leave the reception. Anything else is great, but I have to have those, big day comes, they are ready to come out of the temple, NO VIDEOGRAPHER. The photographer is there but not sure if it is our wedding she is suppose to take pictures of. it was her FIRST day on the job & all they said was be at the temple and reception at this time, NOTHING ELSE!!!!!! I called Wyatt the video guy no answer, I called 3 timesNO ANSWER. I then called Amanda and the OWNER of the company and their cell phones went straight to VM - NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO HELP US!!!! THIS IS YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR JOB and NOTHING! I asked every one to pull out phones and record the video and now 25 mins later had them come out of the temple after I gave up. Then photographer says what do you want, I say family pics, she said ok how? Im sorry what!!! You are the Expert, start directing, putting people together to get photos, she has NO IDEA what she is doing luckily I had my best friend there who is a REAL photographer,we started directing the photos,putting groups together.2M later We looked at the photos all excited & THEY ARE PURE GARBAGE!!They are all crooked, crap photos. The 60 I PAID for them to edit -they edited them to BLACK AND WHITE!!! That was it on top of that they edited one of me with my back turned I am talking to my niece (little girl) and all you see is my back and the top inch of her head and that is one they EDITED for us by turning it black and white!! That is their editing job!!! EVERYONE please I am begging you DO NOT USE THIS GARBGE COMPANY!!!! My daughters wedding memories are crap!! There was not a single one to print. I am paying another REAL photography company to try to fix the photos, however I was just informed yesterday that the photos are so bad they cant fix them, they tried so now they are taking the video we got (which was alright) and trying to take photos from that so my daughter has something she can look at and not cry! BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE HIRING CHEAPSHOTS for photos.
