out them. Abbey took the time to meet with us on a regular basis to make sure we were on track, and was so helpful when it came to our vendor search. They were able to jump in to immediately provide a solution when a candle order went awry the week before our wedding, and were great at calming our nerves throughout the whole process. They helped execute a flawless wedding day and kept everything so incredibly organized, giving us the chance to enjoy ourselves and not worry about logistics. If you are considering booking with Cheers and Charm, do not second guess yourself and just do it because you won't regret it! We were highly unprepared for the amount of stress planning a wedding can bring, so just know that booking with them will be the best gift to yourself.

Abbey and Devin were great initially during planning. They had several meetings with us, helped clear up a lot of details, and led the rehearsal. Everything was great until the day...
of the wedding when we were trying to get in line for the ceremony and couldn’t find or get ahold of the coordinators. As the bride, I called 4 times with no answer and had to have my maid of honor scrambling to lead guests and help direct the rest of the vendors. I had to call other guests and ask them to look for the coordinators only to finally receive a call where they claimed they were helping guests even though it was the venue and my maid of honor being the ones helping. My photographer even went to help direct guests after seeing how upset I was. I was very shocked, as they had been nothing but reliable before this, and it led to greatly increased anxiety and stress before the ceremony for myself and the rest of my party. They helped throughout the rest of the night, but my opinion and recommendation of them were greatly tarnished due to the chaos and lack of communication before the ceremony.

I would give 50 stars if I could. Abbey and Devin were so helpful, extremely approachable, and clearly well-experienced. They mentioned details in planning that I would have never ...
considered to help fit the vision I had for my wedding day. They were always easy to reach and quick to respond to even the smallest worries during planning. All my family and friends say I was the most stress-free bride on the big day - Abbey and Devin took care of everything from set up to tear down and if anything went wrong I sure didn’t know about it! Easily one of the best investments I could recommend for the perfect wedding day.
