Working with Cheers & Charms was an amazing experience! Even though we started working with them with less than 8 months till the wedding, Abbey was able to put us at ease from the very first call before we even fully sign up with them. During that call she provided us with a general outline and timeline of things we need to figure out as well as cost estimates for the different vendors and items that we would need. Once we started working with her, she made sure to meet with us regularly but also to understand our busy schedules and our ability to tackle things at different times due to our other responsibilities. She did wonderful research, always coming back with multiple options that all would be a great fit for us and providing us with a detailed breakdown of why we could go with one instead of the other. She also did an amazing job keeping everything well organized and available for us to review at any time as well as being proactive by letting us know about some nice to haves that we may want as well that fit within our budget. From the get-go she also worked with us on the wedding design, letting us take the time to settle on the options that look best for us iteration after iteration She was very detailed with her day of coordination as well, working with all the vendors to make sure everything works well in terms of timeline as well as planning our ceremony. Abbey and Devin both were with us during the rehearsal and throughout the wedding day. They made sure everyone knew their part in the ceremony and practiced it with us until we felt confident and ready. On the wedding day, they were the first to arrive and last to leave - they didn’t only direct other vendors to set up things, but they directly jumped in and took care of getting thing in place and setting up everything. They were a great support for us throughout the wedding - dealing with even the smallest hiccups as they arose as well as regularly checking in with us to make sure we are well taken care of. Overall, we have been recommending Cheers & Charm to all of our friends & family, and we would also highly recommend them to anyone considering looking for a planner or a day of coordinator. They were amazing and so kind, the absolute best!

Abbey and Devin are absolute lifesavers. Our wedding flew by and without them coordinating and setting up, it truly would have been a mess. Anything you need, they are right there with a smile. out them. Abbey took the time to meet with us on a regular basis to make sure we were on track, and was so helpful when it came to our vendor search. They were able to jump in to immediately provide a solution when a candle order went awry the week before our wedding, and were great at calming our nerves throughout the whole process. They helped execute a flawless wedding day and kept everything so incredibly organized, giving us the chance to enjoy ourselves and not worry about logistics. If you are considering booking with Cheers and Charm, do not second guess yourself and just do it because you won't regret it! We were highly unprepared for the amount of stress planning a wedding can bring, so just know that booking with them will be the best gift to yourself. Thank you so much, Abbey and Devin!!!!

Abbey and Devin were great initially during planning. They had several meetings with us, helped clear up a lot of details, and led the rehearsal. Everything was great until the day...

of the wedding when we were trying to get in line for the ceremony and couldn’t find or get ahold of the coordinators. As the bride, I called 4 times with no answer and had to have my maid of honor scrambling to lead guests and help direct the rest of the vendors. I had to call other guests and ask them to look for the coordinators only to finally receive a call where they claimed they were helping guests even though it was the venue and my maid of honor being the ones helping. My photographer even went to help direct guests after seeing how upset I was. I was very shocked, as they had been nothing but reliable before this, and it led to greatly increased anxiety and stress before the ceremony for myself and the rest of my party. They helped throughout the rest of the night, but my opinion and recommendation of them were greatly tarnished due to the chaos and lack of communication before the ceremony.

considered to help fit the vision I had for my wedding day. They were always easy to reach and quick to respond to even the smallest worries during planning. All my family and friends say I was the most stress-free bride on the big day - Abbey and Devin took care of everything from set up to tear down and if anything went wrong I sure didn’t know about it! Easily one of the best investments I could recommend for the perfect wedding day.
