We had an amazing experience with this bartender service! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly organized. They arrived prepared, kept the bar running smoothly, and made sure every guest was taken care of throughout the event. The drinks were made quickly and consistently, and the bartenders created a fun, welcoming atmosphere that added so much to our celebration. They were engaging with guests while still maintaining excellent service, which kept lines short and everyone happy. What really stood out was their attention to detail and customer service. They helped make the event stress-free and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. We received so many compliments from our guests about how great the bartender was. One piece of advice for anyone considering their services: if you have the option to have them handle all of the alcohol purchases, do it. Not only does it make planning much easier, but it will likely save you money as well. Their experience and purchasing power can often make it more cost-effective than trying to buy everything yourself, and it removes one more thing from your to-do list. I think hearing the cost initially will set you into having reservations, but we probably spent more and got less by handling the purchasing ourselves. If you're looking for a bartender service that is reliable, professional, and helps make your event memorable, we highly recommend them!

All of my questions were answered promptly. Our bartender was amazing, and all of our guests raved about him and his service! e event seemed good and they were responsive. This all went down the drain on the day of the event. Our bartender arrived at his scheduled start time well before the ceremony, but he was not able to finish setting up due to wasting time on inconsequential tasks. As we were beginning to walk down the aisle (several groups had already made it to the chairs), the bartender told me (the bride) that we needed to delay our ceremony for an indefinite amount of time so that he could finish setting up the bar. Once we agreed to delay our wedding ceremony, the bartender wandered the venue looking for a good place to put his shoes on while the caterer and some of the wedding guests prepared his station. Even after all the help he was given, he refused to serve certain beverages at the beginning of cocktail hour claiming “they weren’t ready”. One of these drinks was wine that was simply still corked. He also insisted that we were going to run out of canned beverages (likely because he was only serving cans) and asked our family to leave the reception and go purchase more. We did not consume these additional cans. The bartender also removed the seals from all the liquor bottles so unused full bottles (from not serving cocktails) were not able to be returned. Additionally, he was not able to figure out how to fill the water station we paid extra for using any of several nearby taps and the caterer had to do it for him. Despite these issues, the bartender was good at making/serving drinks after he had settled in. If he asked for help at the appropriate time, had an assistant, or had much more time to set up, then the service would have been good. We expressed our grievances to Cheers and Swizzles and they said “sorry some aspects of our bar service added stress” and “thanks for the feedback.” No follow-up or compensation have been offered in the many weeks that have passed since we brought our complaint. They wasted our and our family members’ time and added significant stress on a day where timing is critical. We would not recommend Cheers and Swizzles for any events (especially weddings) that have any semblance of a schedule.

us bring alcohol from our car to where it would be served and take it back out to the car once the event was over. She also brought my husband and I drinks, seeing that we hadn’t had a chance to come to the bar, as we were busy entertaining guests. She was very personable and extremely kind. I would definitely recommend Cheers and Swizzles.
