Howdy!! We’re Brandy & Megan & we’ve been tending bars for 20+ years. We met & fell in love in 2012 while working at an Irish pub in Austin, TX. For the next twelve years we honed our skills, practiced developing cocktails, & perfected our styles at numerous bars, restaurants, & festivals around town. We wanted a creative avenue to provide the style of service that we love. Events fit the bill; so Cheers Event Bartending was born in 2024 & personalized, toast worthy celebrations became our specialty. Our three core values are below. Quality - Hands down, the heart of Cheers Event Bartending. We concentrate on anticipating the needs of clients with efficient elegance. Fresh - We pride ourselves on the best for our craft. Local, organic ingredients are always our first choice & recommendation. Fun - Friends & clients alike have nicknamed us the “ambassadors of fun” & we love that! Its got to be toast worthy if Cheers is there, so raise a glass & let’s get this party started! Our goal is always to bring your vision to light so you can relax & enjoy. We’ll manage & prioritize responsible alcohol consumption so your celebration is memorable for everybody. While our standard hourly service covers all your basics & then some, we willingly conspire to meet your desires & to exceed your expectations. We may have just met, but you’ll be Cheers family forever!

We fully understand that craft takes time, every event is unique, and every host has a vision. We even understand the notion that sometimes you just need a damn drink. y made the entire process so seamless- I felt so at ease the entire time working with them. Even though I booked them very last minute, they still made sure to double check every little detail and follow-up with me for anything that was needed. They were fantastic with communication, and during the event they were so great- professional, friendly, and made amazing drinks!

y event. Listen. I am a super hoster. Hosting is my pride and joy and one of my favorite ways to give back to the people I love. I take it very seriously, meaning I put a LOT into it. We had three brief meetings so Brandy could fully understand the scope of the event: what people like to drink, how many guests, the overall vibe, everything. After the very first call, she put together a complete shopping list that she ordered for me and had delivered straight to my door (for free, by the way). On our final call, she proposed custom drink ideas for our annual Holiday Soup Mélange and even asked about the food menu so she could pair cocktails to it. Before I had even met Brandy + Megan in person, I referred them to two friends because I just knew they were next level. And then… they arrived. With all the extra accoutrements, gorgeous menus, and a beautifully styled, professional bar setup. Their vibe is easygoing, open, and friendly, and multiple friends commented that they remembered their drink every single time. We had about 50 people, so that’s no small feat. What more can I say? They think of everything and literally saved me hundreds of dollars. I would have definitely overspent on the bar if it weren’t for them. Top of the line, all around. I already reserved them a year out for our next holiday party. Yes please -  hire these two baddies. 🍸✨

these two ladies in my corner. I would never have known how much ice to get and when I saw the tools that these ladies come prepared with I was impressed. I would recommend Cheers! Event Bartending to anyone who wants professional, detail oriented bar services. Butterfly Kisses, which is one of their signature cocktails, is absolutely delightful and the Smoked Old Fashioned was delicious as well. Quality service from start to finish!!
