Jess was nothing short of AMAZING. She was the event coordinator for our wedding in November 2024 and her attention to detail for our special day was incredible and I was able to be totally relaxed for our special day. She was so efficient with the run-of-show and kept the timeline running smoothly. Will absolutely use her services for our big events in the future!
We recently had the pleasure of working with Jess as our day-of wedding coordinator, and we cannot express enough how grateful we are for her exceptional service. Planning an out of town wedding is not easy but having the right support makes everything so much more manageable- Jess and her team provided us with that support! From the moment she stepped in, she brought a sense of calm and organization that made our wedding day flow seamlessly. She went above and beyond in every aspect of her role. She answered any and all questions we had. She took the time to understand our vision and was able to execute it come wedding day. She comes with a wealth of experience and many networks in the Santa Barbara area. She was able to work her magic and helped us coordinate a Welcome Dinner for our immediate families with very little notice. On the day of the wedding, Jess and her team delivered!!! She and her team managed the timeline flawlessly and coordinated with our vendors smoothly. She took the time to pay close attention to the small details which made the whole experience worth it! We had such a great time at our wedding and I do believe it was due to the fact that Jess and her team were readily available and took the lead on whatever needed to be taken care of. We were at ease knowing Jess was there. Choosing Jess as our day-of wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made.
