This business was founded in 2018 when longtime friends James, Ian, and Bryce decided to follow their dreams of opening a food truck during their sophomore year of college. Their innovative menu and fantastic service quickly cultivated quite a large following, making it possible to expand quickly. The team is now able to bring this one-of-a-kind dining experience to engaged couples on their big day. Cuisine Cheese Louise offers a choice of catering options, depending on the vision of the couple and the vibe of their event. With their Late Night Snacks option, the team will serve an array of sandwich varieties, allowing guests to try a bit of everything. Their Classics catering package allows guests to come up and order from the truck like a traditional food truck operation. Guests may select from a range of grilled cheese from your traditional cheese and bread to the ‘The Blue Buffalo’, which boasts buffalo chicken, celery and two kinds of cheese. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available too. They also serve refreshing non-alcoholic beverages such as homemade lemonade and Spindrift Seltzers. Down-to-earth sides include housemade creamy tomato soup, farmers market salad, and guacamole. There are two packages to choose from. Late Night Snacks comprises bite-sized sandwiches served throughout events. The Classics plan sees individuals order their sandwich of choice at the truck counter. Cheese Louise's food trucks and tasty dishes add a dash of rustic charm to any occasion.
