My guests raved about the cake - both it's appearance and deliciousness. Gail was easy to work with. From setting up the tasting to talking through what I was looking for and what Gail could do, I felt confident throughout the process that the cake would be fabulous... and it was! Finally, her pricing was better than some of the other options I looked at... an added bonus. You will have the cake of your dreams if you choose Cheesecakes, Etc. I cannot recommend Gail enough!

When I was trying to purchase a cake topper from Etsy, she was quick to help me by sharing her opinion on size and color, which I really appreciated. I've been to a lot of weddings where the cake gets mixed reviews, but I can honestly say that people came up to us to speak with us throughout the evening about how much they enjoyed our cake. I can tell that she takes pride in her work and wants her customers to have the absolute best experience. That's exactly what we got!

of the session. The cakes are very affordable. We had a 4 tier cake with different flavors and the design was included in the price. Compare to other bakeries you pay extra for every design element. Our cake was very fresh and did not taste like it was baked days before. We choose a buttercream icing and it was also very fresh and rich. The cake stands are also included in the price and she has many to choose from. Overall, the quality and taste of the cakes are amazing, and the price can't be beat. My only regret was not ordering a bigger cake! We didn't have any left over as many guest requested a second and third piece!

ree. Two of our daughters were married this year, in May and September, and we used Gail for both wedding. There was not question that she was making the cake for the September wedding after the May wedding. Both cakes were beautiful and exactly what our daughters wanted!! Definitely a 5++ stars!!

Gail was super flexible and accommodating with my schedule and even worked with my friend who was my stand-in taster. Gail was able to match my "vision" and colors all over email. And meeting her in person, she's just as wonderful. If you are undecided, look no further. Cheesecake Etc is where you need to be!

She had so many flavors, it was hard to choose, but we went with a Sour Cream Pound Cake and Strawberry Filling, plus Chocolate Cake with a Peanut Butter Whipped Mousse. HEAVEN ON EARTH! We weren't sure where to turn next so we reached out to our photographers who recommended Gail and I can't thank them enough for doing so. As soon as we arrived, Gail was so welcoming and attentive to our requests. She was also very patient with us when we were designing the cake(I was quite the indecisive bride). After a few sketches, we finally decided on a design and when we saw it on our wedding day, it came out exactly how we wanted! It was beautiful and tasted just as good as it looked! Gail even did my groomscake, which my husband absolutely LOVED! I highly recommend Gail to future brides--if I had to do it all over again, I would've hired her in a heartbeat. Thank you, Gail!

nted. She was able to help my husband and I make our cake unique but personal to our wedding theme. Even with a color and design change, she made our cake look like something from a magazine. And it tasted even better! There are a wide variety of cake and icing flavors to choose from. Brides, choosing Cheesecake, Etc./Gail to be our baker was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. We can't say enough great things about Gail and the cake she made.

l was the first and only person we spent time with to taste test cake flavors and icings, and we have no regrets. She offers a variety so there are many combinations of flavors you can choose from. At our meeting, we had chosen our flavors and designed our cake - I showed Gail photos of what we wanted and explained the changes, and she drew out our cake design on paper so we'd have an idea of what it'd look like on the day of. My husband even got a Groom's cake shaped like a Nintendo, and that was a big hit. We were so happy with both cakes. Our guests complimented the cakes all night. They were moist and flavorful (Khalua with Irish cream, lemon with raspberry cream, and marble with Irish cream icing - each layer was different. We had about 140 servings, with plenty of left overs. Gail is very quick to respond to emails and very easy to talk to. For all of the above mentioned, I highly recommend Cheesecake Etc!

was truly a designer as well. She took my ideas and came up with several of her own to make the perfect creation. I changed my mind on a few things and sent her e-mails describing the changes. She was always very prompt responding and friendly. On the day of I was blown away by my wedding cake. It was the talk of the event!!! Everyone told me how beautiful it was. Her sugar flower work is truly amazing, they looked REAL! Not only was the cake stunning, but it was delicious too. Very moist!! I would HIGHLY recommend Gail to anyone - she can't be beat!!!

We ended up choosing an almond cake with alternating fillings of cannoli and cream cheese fillings with a simple buttercream icing. The cake looked exactly how we envisioned it and tasted amazing - so moist and the perfect sweetness. All 100 guests were raving about it! Gail also worked with our florist to place several flowers on our cake and went above and beyond delivering to our location and making sure it was stored properly. The only reason I docked a star for value is that it was a bit more expensive than the other options we explored in Charlotte but I promise it is well worth it! We are so excited to eat it again on our anniversary - thank you, Gail!

Matter of fact, they are STILL talking about the cake and are ordering small cakes for their upcoming events!! As you can tell, the cake speaks for itself, but for now you have to trust me and try it! You won't regret it! Also, let's not forget about Gail's creativity. We didn't let Gail get off too easy! We asked for a creative lego themed cake and she NAILED it!! It was so fun, cute, and delicious! It was perfect!!!

ation. With excitement, Gail sketched out ideas so we could see it come to life. She was also able to pull out samples and colors so that we were able to envision how it would come together. The tasting is probably my favorite part, because the cake flavors and toppings taste so good! Fast forward to my wedding day, when I first saw the pink and gold cake it was everything I wanted and more! It perfectly fit the theme and design that we discussed during our meeting. People commented on the cake all night both on how beautiful it was but also how great it tasted. You can really tell that this is something that Gail truly loves to do, and it shows through each and every detail. I can't recommend her enough, and setting a meeting/tasting with her is completely worth your time!
