ired a top notch catering team and we looked for a while before we came across Chef Aless. From our first phone call, she was so thorough, efficient and talked us through what our day would look like. She and her team were also very communicative with our month-of planner and vendor company resulting in a seamless day food-wise. That was just the organization- then came the food. Our guests still haven’t stopped talking about our meals (we even had a chef as a guest, he was so impressed) and appetizers. If you’re a summer bride, just do the lobster waffle cones, trust us. We had meals that catered to all diets and no one left hungry. The eggplant parmigiana was amazing for us vegetarians. The team who joined Chef Aless were so kind, helpful and always checking in with us at the head table to make sure we were doing well. We were truly blown away all day. We cannot recommend Chef Aless and her team enough for your wedding!

Chef Aless made the process seamless and enjoyable! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and cooked with great quality ingredients. She is very detail oriented and made every dish just beautiful. Her staff was incredible and they worked very hard to give us the best service. Our guests were delighted with the hors d'oeuvre and the main dishes. Some of our friends are in the food/beverage industry and have been to several top rated Michelin star restaurants (not easy to please crowd when it comes to dining) and they were all impressed with the food and service. d. We kept getting compliments on the food throughout the night. Our wedding venue was pretty much an open space and Chef and her team provided all the rentals, linens, bar and wait staff, which was a huge help. The wait and bar staff were professional and tentative. Chef also worked with us with the menu throughout the process. She also frequently checked in on us to make sure that everything was going smoothly. We did several tastings with different vendors, but after being with Chef Aless I knew she was the one.
Chef makes sure to take her time with you and really get a feel for you wedding style and what you want. She is also willing to tweak some dishes to compliment what you are trying to achieve. I would recommend her to anyone having any event.

not say enough kind words about the quality of her work, and the professionalism and dedication to her craft and our event. We had only 3 months to put together a wedding for 275 people and Aless took on the challenge and exceeded our wildest expectations. The food was incredible and her team couldn't have been more on point from start to finish.
We have since worked with Chef Aless on numerous other projects and her work is impeccable.

Starting with the passed hors d'oeuvre's, to the expansive cheese and charcuterie table, and then with our salad and family style dinner, we could not be more pleased. The staff was so easy to work with and accommodated all our set up requests. The service was efficient and helpful, in particular the front of house manager (I'm sorry, I forgot her name!). Should we ever need another event catered in the NY area, Chef Aless will be our first call.

to detail! I was so excited to have her cater for our wedding and told some of the guests beforehand to be sure that they stopped by to meet her! It is always so refreshing to work with someone so accommodating and easy to work with, and Chef Aless has those qualities in spades.
The food was as beautiful as it was delicious. My personal favorites were the miniature pork taquitos!
You want things to be just right for your wedding and Chef Aless ensured that they were! She brought her own servers after ours fell through shortly before the wedding. Days before the wedding I emailed to see if she could help out with “just one more thing” and it was no problem. In short, I never had to worry about her part in our wedding day, and as any bride can attest that speaks volumes.

We deeply appreciate Chef Aless's dedication and flexibility, start to finish. She worked closely with us to devise the best menu within our budget and really cared about making our day special. Planning the event in a completely raw space still under construction and without a kitchen had its surprises, but Aless pivoted seamlessly with us and executed flawlessly. Planning with Aless was easy and so enjoyable and the resulting food and service was exceptional. We highly recommend her.
