Best wedding food I’ve ever had! So easy to work with and talk to. Exceeded all my expectations. The tortellini is to die for!
Chef Bob was wonderful to work with! And so was his staff. Food was awesome especially the prime rib yum! No problems at all and that is just what you expect on your wedding day. W...
ould not hesitate to recommend!
The food was good but that is all I can say was good about my service. The actual customer service and professionalism was terrible. I had to make serveral phone calls before reach...
ing Chef Bob, and then they put square table cloths that were extremely WRINKLY on round tables and refused to press them. My mother and mother-in-law had to go to their hotel rooms and get the irons and ironing boards and iron them. I also requested that the tomatoes for the salad be on the side because my sister-in-law is deathly allergic to raw tomatoes. I was told by the chef "if she doesn't like them she can just pick them off." I was completely blown away with that statement and obviously not in a good way. It wasn't a matter of not liking them or not, its a sever allergy that would require an EpiPen and a possible trip to the hospital if contact was made! I did not want to have to call 911 on my wedding day! They refused to cut my cake or serve it because theu did not make the cake, but never offered a service of making the cake. Lastly, I was told by the chef and the venue we would be contacted to pick up the leftovers and that never happened. A week later, 3 phone calls and messages later I still have not heard from them chef. This is not a cater who will cater to you. He will do what he wants whether you as the customer like it or not.
Chef Bob's catering was amazing to work with! They are very affordable. They have prices for all budgets! They were the caterer that our venue used but we were very happy with ever...
ything! I loved that we got to taste very generous portions of their food when we were trying to pick our entrees. When we wanted to try something extra, he threw it in extra at no charge. When we showed up to decorate, the tablecloths were already on the tables and everything was all set up for us. When we were missing the silverware that I had special requested to be there when we set up, they had it delivered in less than an hour with no hassle. They were so flexible and we loved it. The food was AMAZING at our wedding! We loved it and had so many compliments on how good it was. I've been to so many weddings where the food on the buffet is cold.... But I have to say the food was certainly not cold! I could not be more pleased with the food! The sliced sirloin and tortellini alfredo were my personal faves! THANKS!!! :)
I'd had Chef Bob's Catering at a number of other weddings, both formal and informal, and across the board, the food had been top notch. I didn't even look at other caterers. My hus...
band wanted fried chicken, and Chef Bob's fried chicken is hands down the best in the area. The fact that he's super affordable and will work with any budget? Icing on the cake. You will not be sorry.
Chef's Bob's communication and food were amazing. He allowed us several taste tests to narrow down our menu and was always very accomodating. The day of, the food was just as good ...
as the samples we had. The company showed up and were set up on time, plus their staff was very nice. My only small complaint was that the bill was handed to me while I was eating cake with family (kind of tacky), but the situation was sorted out by my planner.
the food was wonderful people were complimenting me all night
The food was genuinely delicious. They have a typical menu from most catering companies however the taste is better than most. My only complaint would be that they typically don'...
t do any cake cutting, however they worked with us to find someone.
