ing Chef Bob, and then they put square table cloths that were extremely WRINKLY on round tables and refused to press them. My mother and mother-in-law had to go to their hotel rooms and get the irons and ironing boards and iron them. I also requested that the tomatoes for the salad be on the side because my sister-in-law is deathly allergic to raw tomatoes. I was told by the chef "if she doesn't like them she can just pick them off." I was completely blown away with that statement and obviously not in a good way. It wasn't a matter of not liking them or not, its a sever allergy that would require an EpiPen and a possible trip to the hospital if contact was made! I did not want to have to call 911 on my wedding day! They refused to cut my cake or serve it because theu did not make the cake, but never offered a service of making the cake. Lastly, I was told by the chef and the venue we would be contacted to pick up the leftovers and that never happened. A week later, 3 phone calls and messages later I still have not heard from them chef. This is not a cater who will cater to you. He will do what he wants whether you as the customer like it or not.

ything! I loved that we got to taste very generous portions of their food when we were trying to pick our entrees. When we wanted to try something extra, he threw it in extra at no charge. When we showed up to decorate, the tablecloths were already on the tables and everything was all set up for us. When we were missing the silverware that I had special requested to be there when we set up, they had it delivered in less than an hour with no hassle. They were so flexible and we loved it. The food was AMAZING at our wedding! We loved it and had so many compliments on how good it was. I've been to so many weddings where the food on the buffet is cold.... But I have to say the food was certainly not cold! I could not be more pleased with the food! The sliced sirloin and tortellini alfredo were my personal faves! THANKS!!! :)

as the samples we had. The company showed up and were set up on time, plus their staff was very nice. My only small complaint was that the bill was handed to me while I was eating cake with family (kind of tacky), but the situation was sorted out by my planner.
