Both the food and the service was absolutely stunning and I cannot recommend Chef Cary more! I never once had to worry about anything going wrong and all my guests, as well as myself and the groom, were well taken care of during the reception.

Chef Cary catered our wedding on October 26 and everything was fabulous! Chef Cary was easy to communicate with and easy to work with. Guests were very happy with their meals (and so were we, of course)! I was also impressed with the beautiful decor used to decorate the buffet table. It really added something to the event space.

Chef Cary and his team are absolutely AMAZING!! They are super responsive to e-mails and super professional. Starting even before our food tasting, they treated us amazing! The food is top notch! Everyone from my wedding could not stop talking about how amazing everything was. The service Chef Cary’s team provides is absolutely unmatched. Chef Cary was great from the start and the food was spectacular!!! Everyone was so impressed & said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! The chicken was delicious, the prime rib was cooked to perfection, the fresh fruit, the sliders, everything was immaculate!!! The milkshakes were a huge hit and a perfect way to end the night! I highly recommend chef cary - everyone loved the food at our wedding. We had a cocktail hour with passed appetizers and then a sit down dinner and everyone raved that they loved it. Also, cary was so understanding and on top of everything when we made a million and one alterations to the catering menu! I can't recommend this vendor enough!

I am so extremely satisfied with Chef Cary cuisine after catering my wedding. We hired Chef Cary 14 months prior to our wedding. Colin was a pleasure to work with. He was a professional and easy to contact if we had any questions. The food was absolutely amazing. Guest are still talking about the hor’deurves served during cocktail hour and our dinner choice during the reception. We did a tasting 4 months before the wedding and was blown away. We also decided to get the bar service that they provide because our wedding site required a certified bartender to serve alcohol. Choosing Chef Cary Cuisine was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I can’t speak enough about Colin and the staffs professionalism through the entire process. From the first email to the tasting to the actual wedding, everything was easy and amazing. Chef Cary was so responsive and answered my 1000 questions before helping me finalize what I wanted our menu to look like, while keeping it affordable. He also has a ton of experience at my venue so everything ran smoothly - his team even helped set up the decor once the room was flipped. My guests all raved about the food - will definitely recommend him to any friends who are getting married in the area!

We are so glad we chose Chef Cary's for our wedding this past December! We met with 3 different caters and were blown away by the tasting with Chef Cary's. They made it feel special and took the time to explain each dish & solicited feedback so that they could adjust to our/our guests tastes! Chef Cary's Cuisine's food was the tastiest I have had at a wedding in many years! We heard the guests raving about it- especially the Chicken and Waffle appetizer and the Chicken Marsala. I saw people going back for seconds! The experience was wonderful from start to finish. We highly recommend them for your events!

Chef Cary and his team were unbelievable! We went to them after our first caterer fell through just 90days out from our wedding. His te was instantly available to help and worked with us to create a mouthwatering , phenomenal menu! What was beyond special is how much Chef Cary and his team knew I wanted salmon but that we had chosen to go with Chicken and Brisket dishes and so they surprised me by bringing out a salmon dish for me to enjoy without an extra charge. The professionalism, kindness, and excellent food exceeds all your expectations when you cater with them. We will use them again and I recommend everyone go to Chef Cary. Their food is so good that people continue to rave about it after the wedding.

Everything was outstanding! We have received nothing but praise for the food—much of it from folks who have a really high bar. Guests loved the Korean beef satay in particular, and numerous people—including a couple of native New Orleanians—have said the shrimp and grits were the best they’ve ever had. Guests’ complements were not limited to the food. Your staff executed to perfection, and we received many complements to this effect as well, with guests noting the speed of service, unprompted assistance to guests with limited mobility, and never waiting for a drink! The entire night was wonderful, and that doesn’t happen without outstanding food and service quality. I had a number of guests make comments after the wedding about how good our food was, all thanks to Chef Cary's team. They used their experience and expertise to help not only create an incredible menu but also how to best set up the buffet and get guests through the lines quickly so no one is waiting on food. The bartenders were an obvious hit and every staff member was friendly to the team. Colin was easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend Chef Cary's to anyone looking!

Chef Cary, and Colin, were great and made the wedding catering experience so easy. From the beginning they were up front about their prices, flexible with menu choices, and very easy to work with. They took special care for guests with food restrictions and had a to-go box packed for my husband and I at the end of the night. Chef Cary's Catering was recommended through our venue and was the only caterer we considered after our initial conversation with Chef Cary. They have extensive menus that give you the freedom to customize your food selections to exactly what you have in mind. Chef Cary's was incredible for our wedding! They were able to create something for us that wasn't listed on their menus as well as give us great advice about balancing out the types of foods we served people. Everyone all night commented on how great the food was, and in particular we loved how they were able to capture Southern comfort food in a way that was fitting for a more formal wedding reception. They were super knowledgable about small details that we needed but didn't think about, and everything ran extremely smoothly day of. I would highly recommend them for any event you may be planning!

I highly recommend Chef Cary and his team for all of your catering needs! Chef Cary and his team were recommended to me by both my wedding venue, Rocky’s Lake Estate, and my wedding planner, Natalie Durham Events. My fiancé and I had a bad experience at a tasting with another caterer in the area. We were so worried, and didn’t know what to do. As soon as we shared this experience with our planner and our venue coordinator, they both separately recommended Chef Cary’s Cuisine. When I looked at the website, I wasn’t sure if we could afford Chef Cary’s services with our budget, because everything looks so beautiful and professional! I reached out anyway to see if it would work out, and I was SO pleasantly surprised! Chef Cary is extremely responsive via email, text, and phone call, and he is so personable. Surprisingly, he was more affordable then the other caterer with which we had a lackluster tasting – we were absolutely thrilled! Needless to say, we booked Chef Cary’s team for our wedding on November 9th. The food was AMAZING! Every single person we talked to at our wedding commented on how delicious the food was. I had several people ask me about the food even weeks after the wedding when I returned to work. Chef Cary’s food really left an impression on everyone. They laid out the buffet tables so nicely – they were absolutely beautiful and matched the aesthetic of the rest of our wedding. He has several options to choose from: upscale southern, rustic, upscale, elegant, etc. Chef Cary has every napkin color choice under the sun, no matter what your theme is, you will be able to match it to your napkins! Chef Cary is extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He is not going to try and sell you more than you need in terms of staff, food, plates, silverware, glassware, etc. than you need. He will be able to guide you in how to spend your budget, by telling you what elements are important to guests and to the overall feel of your event vs. what elements don’t make a difference and can save you money! His staff were absolutely fantastic at our wedding as well. His bartenders and servers were so accommodating! We had several older people that needed a lot of help, toddlers, babies, etc. and they were absolutely fantastic in every way. We even had a dedicated staff person to serve my husband and me during the reception – that was awesome! I highly recommend that you reach out to Chef Cary and let him know your budget and see what he can do. He is truly one of a kind in the industry, and his food will leave a lasting and positive impression on your guests.

First off, Colin is the best. He is accommodating, flexible, and so kind! Chef Cary's did a PHENOMENAL job at my wedding! The banquette was set up so beautifully with linens and votives. Their signature salmon is a must! I was so so pleased with our whole experience!

Chef Cary and his team were amazing! We’ve gotten so many compliments on the food, and I personally wish I could eat his short rib tacos for every meal! He was very on top of it and responsive. I would recommend him to anyone!

Colin at Chef Cary’s was so good to work with, ever patient with my questions and changes. We only had 35 guests, but he treated us as if we had 300. The food was amazing, plentiful, and looked beautiful, and the catering staff was excellent. I could go on, but I will just say that you cannot go wrong by choosing this caterer!

Through a recommendation from our venue, Naylor Hall, Chef Cary's Cuisine did not disappoint! Our wedding was on 8-17-19 and people could not stop raving about the delicious food! Chef Cary worked with us as my husband and I live in Charlotte now and didn't have time to do the taste testing with him in person. He was able to box up samples of all of our selections we chose and labeled them for us to take home and try. Last minute, I reached out to him as my cousin has a food allergy and Chef Cary worked with us so that he was able to enjoy the food as well without a particular sauce he added to the rest. He was so accommodating! We can't thank Chef Cary enough!

Their head chef Veronica was awesome. She worked great with my planner which made the planner job much easier. She put aside some hors d’oeuvres for me and my groom so we wouldn’t be hungry before our reception. Very pleasant and professional.

We had a wedding at Naylor Hall in Roswell GA on 08/11/19. From the beginning, Chef Cary was really supportive and kindly took our budget into account. I asked so many questions, but he always replied back to me within a couple hours. Here is my wedding lunch buffet menu. • French Onion Meatballs filled with Provolone Cheese and Caramelized Onions on Lollipop Sticks with French Onion Soup Marmalade • Fried Mini Wonton Rounds Filled with Smoked Salmon, Lemon Dill Aioli, Pickled Shallots and Garnished with Thinly Sliced Radish • Chef Cary’s Chopped Salad with Crisp Iceberg, Sliced Scallions, Nicoise Olives, Diced Tomatoes, Shaved Parmesan Cheese and Toasted Pine Nuts Accompanied with Creamy Basil Vinaigrette • Chicken Breasts Lightly Marinated and Crusted with Bread Crumbs Laced with Pecans atop Wilted Spinach Accompanied with Honey Mustard Sauce • Penne Pasta with Sweet Italian Sausage and Mushrooms in a Saffron Cream Sauce • Assorted Cured Meats, In House Pickled Vegetables, Assorted Cured Olives and Shaved Parmesan Cheese with French Bread and Grainy Mustard We got so many great compliments from our guests about the service and the food. They loved all the food :-) Some of my guests got addicted to the salad dressing and the salmon dip which Chef Cary added to the buffet for us! Also they kindly packed all the leftover for us to take home. We are so happy that we asked Chef Cary for the catering, and we will definitely ask him again when we have a gathering event. Chef Cary's is THE BEST wedding food I have ever tasted! At many of the weddings we had been to, the food was just average or okay, and I knew I wanted ours to be something that people would really enjoy. As soon as we went to our tasting at Chef Cary's, I knew I wanted them to do our wedding. Everything Cary makes is absolutely wonderful, especially the mac and cheese!! We got so many compliments throughout the night on their food, and my husband and I were so happy to eat the boxes that they had packed up for us when we got to our hotel that night. Additionally, their prices are extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them to absolutely anyone!

They did an excellent job catering our daughter's wedding. The food was delicious and they were very accommodating on changes we wanted to our package. We added a dessert bar, and guests loved it. The salmon we served was delicious, and the presentation was beautiful.
