We chose to do two separate flavors and fillings, and Gina provided amazing direction along the way to ensure we had the correct amounts of each type. Guests raved about both flavors! as unsure at first what style of cake i wanted until i came across her pearl cake. When i reached out to her on booking my wedding she was more than willing to help! I also share my wedding day with my mothers birthday. Gina even helped me execute a surprise birthday cake for my mom. Gina offers multiple flavors of cake and buttercreams. We went with a lemon cake and strawberry buttercream. She made us samples before deciding and it was a tough decision! For my mothers cake we did an almond cake with fresh fruit filling that was also delicious. The design of these cakes made you not want to consume it as they were too pretty to slice. Our wedding cake was a two tier white cake with various size pearls cascading from top to bottom. In the sun the cake shimmered like a real pearl. My mothers cake was a single tiered white cake with beautiful hand painted flowers of various colors. It was perfect for the fall season. Do yourself a favor and order from her! She also features an excellent dessert selection.
