Chef Jeni listened to my vision for food and crated it perfectly. The food I did get a chance to sample was amazingly delicious! We had food stations so folks could grab what they liked, this was also set up outside.
I wish that we had stagge...red the food a bit so that the food could have been out for guests longer than 1.5hours. A few of my guests and the groom did not get a chance to eat, perhaps we should have worked out a plan to provide food over a longer period of time or started food service later.
Another suggestion is to have your planned make a few to-go boxes for the bride and groom to ensure you both to get to enjoy the amazing food. Also, ask the team to make an announcement when they are planning to take down the food offerings, so that any guests who haven't eaten will do so before the food is removed.
Otherwise, Jeni was a pleasure to work with.
