As the sous chef for a catering company, I planned, prepped, & led a team to execute over 30 weddings a year ranging from locations such as Vibbiana, The Romanesque Room, Private Homes, & Ballrooms with guest counts ranging from 25 to 300.
In 2013 I broke off on my own as a private chef to deliver higher quality food, flawless execution, unbridled attention to detail, with a personal touch that catering companies just can't deliver.
