Wish I had seen the poor reviews before hiring Jon as they are spot on. Jon Shopped at Winco, Smart and Final, and Costco. Opened packages like work potluck and left guests to fend for themselves. Should have fired him for rudeness when he walked through the door. My only regret for my evening was hiring Fake “Chef” Jon Stuart.

this vendor was very unprofessional he showed up late by 1.5 hours he and 2 other helpers got out of a Sadan stuffed with the food which was to feed 80 ppl and no tables
he stated he never brings tables
which was never brought up in our conversation also I was told by several guest a praying mantis was in the guacamole and he scooped it out.
after all this I asked him for discount of $300. and he said no only offered $100 & feed us again which I didn't not except his offer
not to mention we only had 60 guest not 80 the food was ok
I could have made those dishes just as good.
the 1 star is for the food
