Her delectable offerings include rustic charcuterie, complete with cured meats and whipped chevre, and buffets of roasted vegetables and cocoa-rubbed tri-tip with mushroom and red wine sauce. Chef Kristen offers various packages to suit any occasion and can cater for parties with up to 200 guests. She offers you plenty of flexibility, including packages for appetizers only and those for buffets and formal plated dinners. You can also build your own custom package for your dream farm-to-table dinner. Bespoke options can include two meetings with the chef, a private tasting, a venue visit, a bespoke menu, and full-service staffing. Chef Kristen's team will also work closely with your venue's events team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Chef Kristen was FANTASTIC! She and her team catered multiple meals over our wedding weekend including: Rehearsal Dinner, Brunch, Cocktail Hour appetizers, Reception Dinner, and dessert. Every meal was even better than I could have hoped for. We had countless guests tell us after each meal that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. In planning calls prior to the event, Kristen was attentive to our wants and offered many great ideas. We put our trust in her to create the menu based on a theme for each meal and she exceeded expectations. The food was all fresh and delicious. Even over a month later, we are still thinking about how perfect the catering was. I cannot recommend Chef Kristen enough!

Chef Kristen was amazingly helpful throughout the entire process of planning. We did all of the wedding planning ourselves and it was people like Kristen who made this process so enjoyable. She answered all of our questions and gave us great advice on how to make the day go smoothly. The food was exceptionally good. Everyone complimented on how fresh and flavorful all of the dishes were. So delicious that we ate every last bite!

Chef Kristen prepared a wonderful meal for a small dinner prior to our son's wedding in May of 2022. We hosted the two families (bride and groom) at a local vineyard. We provided lobster from Maine and grass-fed beef from our family ranch in New York. This was not a typical arrangement, but Kristen prepared everything beautifully and she was a pleasure to work with during the planning process. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented.

WOW! Kristen went above and beyond at a venue with minimal infrastructure. Food was beautiful, tasty, delicious and seasonal. Guests ate for hours. As a food lover, I could not believe how good it was. I am used to a lower bar for catered food, but this was not the case. 10/10 would work with Kristen again.
