Christmas Day when I asked her to do the cake for my husbands Bday with happens to be on 12.25. No one ever wants to deliver cakes on this day and she was more then happy to do so she even delivered it herself. Which not too many Chefs do. To top it all off my husband is an avid Star Wars fan and I asked her to create something last minute that turned out spectacular. Not only did this cake look amazing it was one of the best cakes I’ve had in years. I highly recommend her she is amazing and her other desserts are so flavorful you’ll be happy you hired her. So weather you’re having a bday party or another special event or a wedding, her wedding cakes are excellent do not hesitate she’s amazing.

US. All of our guests were raving about how amazing it was! I was planning our wedding from Spain, so finding vendors that were responsive via email was very important to me. Chef Marian was always very quick to reply, and even when our plan to bring a cake stand failed the night before the event (which was at lunchtime the next day), she quickly replied and provided us a cake stand for the next day. 100% would recommend Chef Marian to anyone. I would have preferred that she cancel the order a couple of days ahead, or that she had someone in her staff deliver whatever desserts were already done - which leads me to believe she had no intention of completing my order. Please DO NOT use this vendor, hiring this vendor will only add unnecessary stress to your special day. Stay away from this vendor.

After my planner was not able to get a hold of her to confirm delivery after reaching out several times, I finally spoke with her the week of the wedding and she assured me that she was working on the cake and that it would be delivered at 5 PM the day of the wedding. After she spoke with me, she then confirmed delivery with my planner. Had she or anyone else from her team communicated with us leading up to the wedding or answered the calls and messages on the day of the wedding, we could have made other arrangements. The amount of time and stress spent calling the day of the wedding is time and energy that we will not get back. Also, we have a Spanish tradition of cutting the wedding cake with a family sword, which we were unable to take part in. She returned the money we paid, but this is not the way to run a business in this industry. She still has not called me or even sent me an email or text message to personally apologize.

Chef Marian online 2-3 weeks before our wedding, which truly felt like a miracle. Originally, I had planned to have a friend's mother make our cake; however, with our date change due to COVID she couldn't do it. Chef Marian, IMMEDIATELY responded to my call the evening I reached out and told me about her prices and described her process in detail. She sent we the cake flavors and options right away via email and was extremely responsive, flexible and helpful. Because of Chef Marian's timeliness and professionalism, we were able to do a cake tasting DAYS after finding her :) and because we live minutes away from where she works she actually dropped off our cake slices to our door! They were perfectly packaged and truly THE BEST CAKES we have ever tasted. She provided a beautiful menu, that we have actually included in our wedding photo album. We ended up going with the cappuccino flavor (if you are a coffee and Kahlua lover, this is really unlike anything! Not only did Chef Marian make a delicious cake, she helped me with choosing a cake stand and made the design of our cake EXACTLY like the one I had found online. After the cake stand I ordered was delivered, Chef Marian picked it up from our home and took care of the rest to get the cake to our venue! If you are looking for an unforgettable cake that your guests will remember and go back for seconds (or more) Chef Marian is the BEST and ONLY option for you.

n the game. As we talked we decided to have some cake samples, due to covid they needed to be take home samples. I was hesitant to do take home samples, but Chef Marian went above and beyond! her presentations were FANTASTIC! she showed me how the mini desserts would be presented, the slices of cake were phenomenal! i couldn't have been more pleased. Without a doubt in my mind she was the right fit for me. She was very reasonable with her prices, and was glad to help in anyway possible. Because of her experience, she was able to help me guide my vision to reality. I will be loyal to her and her delicious cakes! til this day I still have people asking me who made my wedding cake and desserts.

My wedding guest are still talking about how good everything was. I dont think I will ever taste better alfajores than hers, they were sooo good. The tasting was very professional and Marian is extremely nice and relatable. I can not thank you enough for making the cake of my dreams and for making it look so gorgeous with the flowers. 100% recommended! You will not be disappointed.

to panic ,Trying to find a good cake creator.After trying out three different wedding cakes designer , I found their cakes disappointing and uncreated .From the moment that I contact Marián I felt that I finally found someone that it was aware of what I wanted!! My fiancée and I sample her selection of about 8 different cakes , we found them to be extremely delicious and creative .Chef Marián was extremely profesional , pleasant and well prepare .
