When Chef Tom Papa isn’t busy crafting delightful morsels, he can be found teaching at Daytona State College or at one of his own successful establishments. His versatile skills allow him to be the ideal culinary brains behind a successful event, party, or wedding.
It’s all in the family with Chef Papa’s Catering & Cafe. Callie, the daughter of the renowned Chef Papa, is there to manage all the cafe and catering services. Along with her team of talented staff members, Callie is able to make both large and small events a resounding success.
Bespoke menus are available for unique and personalized events. No matter what theme or taste the soon-to-be married couple desires, this catering business is ready to deliver. Vegetarians and gluten-free dieters have no reason to fear, as restrictions can be easily accommodated. If couples have a specific menu in mind, that’s no problem. Chef Papa is pleased to take the worry out of any wedding.

hey’ve ever had. The chicken & waffle appetizers were a huge hit, and my personal fave was the shrimp penne alfredo. Callie & Chef Tom did an excellent job & left all of our guests full and happy. The cost per plate really helped us stay under budget & I feel it was worth every penny. They boxed up leftovers for us and our parents to take home which kept the party lasting longer.
