Chef Paul Catering

So many compliments for Chef Paul for the catering for my daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner held in our backyard. First, Ginger offered a tasting about six months in advance so we could make selections that would appeal to both the groom's Chinese family and other family and guests. Second, Ginger came over to our house about one month in advance to help up determine where to serve, place bar, etc. She coordinated the rental and delivery of several small tents that we set up. In addition, she supported our own self-serve bar. Both of these items saved us quite a bit of money vs. other caterers. The food was both quite visually appealing and tasty. Her staff passed appetizers during the cocktail hour ---chicken and mango spring rolls and zucchini pancakes were both a hit. Baked sea bass and tropical mango and cashew salad were also excellent. The staff was exceedingly helpful and very professional. They arrived on time and left the home exceedingly spotless! Highly recommend for any event which you are planning.
