In the weeks leading up to the celebration, he worked closely with us to curate creative, thoughtfully balanced menus and elegant food presentations which perfectly reflected our tastes and the spirit of the occasion. He greatly appreciated his willingness to trial and perfect new recipes.
On the days of the wedding events, his presence on site truly made a difference. The food was impeccable—beautifully presented, flawlessly executed, and consistently delicious. Many of the wedding attendees went out of their way to compliment the food and noted it was the best they've had before.
