t. They have beautiful mural paintings with wildlife that were outstanding. Rustic furniture inside lobby was awesome. There is a restaurant attached but they were booked up that we missed out. Must be good, because that always looked packed. There are piers for your boat but the bummer was that if you plan on canoeing, it looked a bit steep to get down to the water even though there are stairs. But lots of lakes up there to choose from. They are located next to a busy road, but most of the time you don't hear that, unless you go stand out on the pier. Overall, we loved it and probably will go back. Desk worker was very friendly.

This was a very nice stay along the Wisconsin/Watersmeet Lake. A location is great not too far from downtown eagle River. I stayed in a room with a kitchenette which came in very handy. I know they have other rooms with separate bedrooms also.

The hotel is done in a knotty pine motif which is fun. I enjoyed the hot tub and nice pool area which was heated nicely compared to most places.
I enjoyed the continental breakfasts that were nicely set up by Nick! Nick was a great host!

I recently returned from a 5 night stay. I was greeted with a lady telling me that she had no reservation for me even though it was a fully paid up stay booked months ago. The hotel is “tired” looking. It is in dire need of basic upkeeping. The...
carpets have many visible stains and the walls need painting. Out of 5 nights, my room was only cleaned twice even though I followed their protocol of informing them that I wanted it clean. I was informed that they were short staffed even though the hotel was clearly 95% empty. My bathroom was disgusting. I attached a picture of the brown stains all over the ceiling.
At one time this was a nice hotel. That time has come and gone.
