s team. Chef Rocco was recommended from our wedding venue. However, the overall experience was very unprofessional, inconsistent, a HUGE waste of time, and sort of strange... It took about a week to receive a response from Holly on the Chef Rocco Team. We weren't terribly concerned at first, Chef Rocco was available for our date, so we continued conversation. However, after two weeks or so, we received a custom proposal for our catering needs, then we schedule a phone call... An hour before the call we received a text canceling the call... Deciding to push through we chose to set up a video call with our planner. When we requested a video call, Holly stated "I don't have a webcam on my computer or video call software"... This seemed a bit strange and sketchy... After emailing to set up another call and following up with them over email and text, we received an email a week later stating that they have another booking for our date and they are no longer available... Mind you, we have been in conversations with the Chef Rocco Team for about a month now. There was no communication of a competing party or any conflicting scheduling issues... Nothing. The overall situation results in being frustrating, disappointing and a HUGE waste of time... would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend for anyone who values their time during wedding planning.

People were raving about how unique and delicious everything was, and it added such a fun and memorable element to the night. Chef Rocco and his team were professional, efficient, and clearly passionate about what they do. If you are looking for catering that will impress your guests and leave a lasting impression, Chef Rocco is the way to go. We could not be happier with our choice.
