Absolutely incredible food and communication!! Holly was so helpful and I was so happy with our choice and then we had the reception and the food was so very good!! I will dream of...
the risotto and the late night beignets!! Highly recommend!
Unfortunately, the strong reviews and word of mouth were not the experience we received from the Chef Rocco Team. I would NOT recommend spending your time or money working with thi...

Chef Rocco was recommended from our wedding venue. However, the overall experience was very unprofessional, inconsistent, a HUGE waste of time, and sort of strange...
It took about a week to receive a response from Holly on the Chef Rocco Team. We weren't terribly concerned at first, Chef Rocco was available for our date, so we continued conversation. However, after two weeks or so, we received a custom proposal for our catering needs, then we schedule a phone call... An hour before the call we received a text canceling the call...
Deciding to push through we chose to set up a video call with our planner. When we requested a video call, Holly stated "I don't have a webcam on my computer or video call software"... This seemed a bit strange and sketchy...
After emailing to set up another call and following up with them over email and text, we received an email a week later stating that they have another booking for our date and they are no longer available... Mind you, we have been in conversations with the Chef Rocco Team for about a month now. There was no communication of a competing party or any conflicting scheduling issues... Nothing.
The overall situation results in being frustrating, disappointing and a HUGE waste of time... would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend for anyone who values their time during wedding planning.
Chef Rocco and his entire team were absolutely incredible. From start to finish, the food was flawless, and we are so thankful we chose them for our wedding. Everything was beautif...
ully prepared, perfectly timed, and tasted amazing.
Our guests are still talking about the food. The mozzarella cart and the beignet bar were huge hits and truly elevated the entire experience. People were raving about how unique and delicious everything was, and it added such a fun and memorable element to the night.
Chef Rocco and his team were professional, efficient, and clearly passionate about what they do. If you are looking for catering that will impress your guests and leave a lasting impression, Chef Rocco is the way to go. We could not be happier with our choice.
